I have 3.66 acres completely fenced, with multiple different areas that have table/chairs and off the ground dog beds. It is 1/3 mile to walk around the perimeter with animal trails around most of the borders. There are two water faucets in the entry way with a hose and two children’s swimming pools, dog toys and treats, and a dog waste station. Lots of photo ops with garden art, birdbaths and yard flags. Amazing views of the mountains, Clear Lake and Mt. Konocti around the property, especially on the hill. The pond in the property north of mine has an Osprey nest and you can see them flying over to the lake to fish. Lots of birds and wildlife visit the property. My lower area did have a seasonal pond last winter. The property is truly a peaceful sanctuary for dogs, and their owners.

There is a fenced in backyard that would be secure for a large dog but a small dog could find a way out. I have a large water bowl and hose for fresh water. Poop bags/shovel available There are three different walks or trails. Two are rather steep terrain and one is short but mild. Off leash is ok but deer can be present at times so know your dog. I’m almost always home and always available if you have any questions! Easy to park

Wow, a dream come true ! I was daydreaming one day about how great it would be if someone who had farmland would let my dog run free on their land occasionally . This place is that dream. I came across this app and this spot is just a gift . So great . I can’t say enough good things . Will be coming here a few times a month . This is an hour drive from where I live but so worth it . I’m stunned . Thank you so much for providing this land and giving me the opportunity to use it !!

This was a FABULOUS spot for my shy 11 month old Border Collie to quietly acclimate to a new environment. No animals, no people, and the occasional cars/trucks on the road were far enough away so they weren’t a problem. Clean, mowed, private, perfect. Thank you!
