Welcome to Spring House Meadows! There are multiple areas for your pup to sniff: -Meadow with walking trails -Horse corrals that are semi-fenced in (thick vine & brush enclosing it with small opening, will put out gate if available or bring your own to enclose completely) -Pond your pup is welcome to use if they like water The neighbors have horses & cows. There are feral cats, deer & other wildlife around so just be aware when exploring! We have 2 dogs who we keep inside when there’s visitors but you may hear they’re barking, please refrain from visiting directly around the house. Part of the walking trail goes past beehives (there is the option of taking another part of the trail). Please do not go past the power line poles at the top of the meadow & do not go past our barn down below. If any questions or concerns please reach out!

We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool is closed for winter but will reopen in April 2025. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round. We ask that you try to keep your dogs from playing on the pool cover.

I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

Our SniffSpot Play Yard is fully fenced in with a 6ft tall wooden privacy fence. We have 19 wooded acres with our boarding facility being located at the South end of our property, the owners personal residence in the middle and our private SniffSpot play yard at the North end of our property. We do have a nice walking trail that meanders through our property but please be aware that our Playful Pups Retreat Staff may be walking overnight boarding dogs on the trail during our business hours. There is a container with a few toys to play with inside the SniffSpot yard but we do suggest bringing your own toys. Please bring poop bags and clean up after your pet. Please take bags of poop with you or stop at Playful Pups and dispose of it in one of our outdoor trash receptacles. FOR NOISE SENSITIVE DOGS! PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO HAVE A GUN CLUB NOT FAR FROM THIS PLAY YARD. DEPENDING ON THE DAY THERE MAY BE GUNFIRE. A private, fully fenced area in southern Lancaster County. There are trees for shade and plenty of room for running and playing! I have two of my own dogs that use the space, but I will ensure my dogs cannot enter the yard during visits. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and respecting the space.

Roulette's Retreat - in honor of our dog who we lost to cancer. Conveniently located near Route 74 and Route 30. Fully fenced with 5ft chain link - the neighbor does have one dog that may be outside. The fences are over 10 feet apart. Small, simple yard with enough room for zoomies & fetch. The concrete patio in the backyard has a table and chairs with a shade sail over it. Small kiddie pool, food/water dishes, poop bags, and towels available for use upon request.

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Welcome! Enjoy a brand new (built in Oct 2024), 6ft fence all the way around, with oak wood for a natural feel and smell. There are two entrances on either side of our home and two sides of grass parking for whichever you prefer. Driveway is for residents only, please do not block! For warmer months, we will have a mini pool and hose available for water loving pups, drinking and a quick rinse off if they become dirty 🙂. We will apply straw as needed in areas that become muddy to aid in cleanliness as well as a trash can for potty needs. There is a large tree to provide ample shade, some protection from rain and enough sun to shine through. For cat parents or other small animals you may want to bring along, we have a self built Catio available for use in the yard too! Lights outback will cover the entire yard starting at 5:30pm in winter months so dark hours are not an issue. Upper deck will soon have a gate to be block off at top of steps for privacy. We aim for this to be a well balanced space with safety kept in mind, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Gorgeous 0.75 acre fully fenced dog park in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a woodland garden filled with native plants, a pine grove, and lots of open grass to run! Fully enclosed with a 6-foot privacy fence. Comfy Adirondack chairs with pull-out foot rests are available for those who want to relax, or there is an outdoor strider running machine that you’re welcome to use if you want to workout while your dogs explore!

0.5 acre fully fenced in yard in the Hanover Borough. Relax by the fire pit under the lights or in the shade on our ample seating arrangements while your pup or pups run around the yard. Lawn is well maintained and poop is cleaned up regularly using provided poop bags for deposit. Separate gate and private back parking with alley access lends itself to a private yard that any pup would enjoy, along with private parking for the pup “paw-ents.” Water bowls are provided and can be filled using the back tap. Trees provide a sense of privacy right in the heart of the Borough. The 5 ft tall fence and yard area provides an area for running that any dog would enjoy! Treats are provided for the pups to top off the experience!
