Great open field with plenty of space to run around!

Bella and Sunny had a great time running full speed through this open and lush field. Sunny was happy enough to start running and tugging at a ball which is rare for him. There was plenty of sun to play and the trees on the side provided shade for us to rest. Nicole was very accommodating and truly cared about out experience here. Thank you so much ! Would definitely recommend this sniff spot!

It's a fenced in yard which is nice and local to where I live. It was our first experience with sniff spot and the doggo and I had a great experience just wandering around the yard off leash. Getting to sniff and run and okay some fetch. It was hot so he only lasted about 30 minutes for his first experience. The host was friendly and greeted us as she put up her own beautiful fur babies. There was no barking from her dogs or any other sounds in the area. She explained how she plans to make the area even more dog friendly as she develops her land. Can't wait for new adventures. This is a simple fenced in yard off the beaten path of a dirt road.

Exactly as described : a wide space to run . Unfortunately the weather these days is either raining or too hot for the dogs . But owner was very accommodating changing my visit time . Would be better is water with a hose would be supplied for these hot days

Abby jumped right into this swimming pool ... It was a paradise! She had a blast chasing floating toys and playing with us. The owners have everything you need including dog life vest, basket of tennis balls, and cold water. What makes this property unique is the shallow pool ledge, sunshade, and surrounding beauty of the farm. It was hard to leave!

Despite encountering a car malfunction on the day of our scheduled appointment, Debbie prompt and attentive communication made a significant difference. As soon as I notified her about our situation, she immediately replied and reassured us that it was not a problem and that we could come at a later time. We took both of our boys to twin oaks ranch for the first time and they had an amazing morning. Joe explored every nook and cranny of the property and seemed enamored with the cows and the horse. He bellowed out a few impressive howls of excitement. We were there early I hope he didn’t wake anyone lol 🤦‍♂️ Max enjoyed playing ball and spent half his time swimming fetching rubber squeaky chickens out of the pool :) We appreciated the cold drinking water. The property is really nice and it was very enjoyable knowing it was completely fenced in. The boys ran free and it made them very happy. We will probably make this a regular spot to visit several times a month. Thanks again for sharing your space! Everything was super easy to find, very assessable, and clean👍

Great spot. We have a lab mix and appreciated the multiple large areas we could play fetch in. The property itself is expansive and well maintained. There were several toys and towels available in the pool area. We will be visiting again in the future.

We had the BEST time at Twin Oaks Ranch. This was our Pitsky pups’ first time in a space this large off-leash. They explored every inch of the property and didn’t stop running! The property is beautiful with all best amenities (water, balls, poo bags, etc), super secure fencing, great exposure for our dogs with the cows and horses in the field… we can’t wait to come back! This was a great experience and helps with recall training! 🩷🐾✨🌅

This is our fourth time bringing our dogs and every time they love it. Today was our first adventure with high grass and the dogs loved the new/ different sensation running and playing through it. The property is always cleaned, hospitable and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back.
