This small yard is great for pets AND their owners. It includes a covered patio and a fire pit as well as a small play set. The WiFi works on the patio, so you can work or watch a show while your dog plays. It has lots of grass for your dogs to run and play. I think it’s great for small dogs, puppies, and older dogs. My 3 year old 30lb labradoodle (willow) and 13 year old 8lb shorkie (buckeye)love it. There is one small gap in the fence which is pictured. But it’s incredibly small. I’m working on making the area even more fun as well, just want to make sure people come first! If you have any questions, please reach out. I’d love to have you stop by! About a mile of maintained trails, and some rougher trails, let you enjoy and explore our forest and hills. Three large, maintained grassy meadows give your dog plenty of room to run and roam. Parking is at the trail head. A trail map is available and can be emailed to you prior to your visit. We can also give more detail about the trails and suggest areas for your particular needs. When on the property at the lower meadow, there may be a person there checking on the well. Visits are random about once or twice a week and last 15 to 20 minutes. Other places for sniffspot guests are not affected. Wanted to share this since some dogs may not respond well when they are off leash.

Welcome to our 12-acre horse farm! There are 4 horses that live here, but we have plenty of room and places for play for dogs as well! The indoor arena can be a perfect choice to let your dog run and play in bad weather. It's completely enclosed and lit. If outdoor choices are your thing, we have a fenced, outdoor arena with sand footing for your use. Or we have a 0.25 acre smaller area, fully fenced. As far as unfenced areas, there is about 5 acres of woods and about 0.5 acres of pasture that offer room to roam.

It is a very remote and partially wooded spot. There are some trails in the woods, but there are also a lot of open areas where you can let your dog run and be a dog for a while. Please be careful of trees and slippery terrain. Please park by the garage. And have fun!
