A nice half acre corner of our 10 acres set aside for our puppy friends! We have included everything we know our puppy friends love to play with. There is a large piece of playground equipment for fun times, multi-level platforms with two ramps and a tunnel. We have miscellaneous moveable agility equipment available as well as water park stuff like splash pads and kiddie pools. And if that's not enough we also have a Nerf ball launcher as well as a chuckit. There is a dog Hotel on site. But the yards cannot see each other generally. We also have some horses here and we have neighbors who have cows. So there's lots of interesting things to look at here. Right down the road is an adorable town of Wilkinson. There are two restaurants in town that are really fun to order from. While here you can order from Carlson block Pizza, who got Top Knots in the county as being one of the best pizza places. Or check out the Simple Goodness Sisters Deli. They have amazing craft and mock cocktails available along with panini sandwiches and a variety of other things. Stop by and bring them with you so that you can snack and play with your pup or order while you're here and pick them up on your way home so that you have dinner in the car.

A little over 1 acre of partially fenced yard. The front of our property is not fenced but the sides and back are! One side is a nice and open with a few trees. Yard located on a private road. Dog pooped can be scooped with shovel and thrown over the fence on the left side of the property (when looking at the house). Playset put back and a patio with a covered area for seating. Hose available if needed. We do not have a dog anymore but do often times have deer coming in and out of our yard. They are pretty skittish and will run off. Sometimes we have a random wild bunny as well. Our patio and back yard does have kid toys as we have three children. Lawn is usually kept up and mowed.

The property is multi level with many 7ft wide trails, secluded wooded surroundings with open space on property. This property has some oddities such as a run down trailer and old school busses that were on the property when I purchased it as a foreclosure. I have been working on improving the property since I purchased it but as of now these oddities remain. They are not to be entered in from guests as they are very run down. The land itself is beautiful and my dogs love running around and playing find the ball. Details about off limit areas will be provided before visiting and you may see wild deer and bunnies as they do roam the land at times.

In our fully fenced, gently rolling meadow there is plenty of room to run, chase frisbees and balls, dip paws in the pup-pool, and sniff around for the scents of nature. For humans, there is a cozy shelter with seating, a bistro table, and the entertainment of a frisbee "goal". There's shade from a large fir, in the meadow, as well as shade from the woods, on the south side. Fencing is at least 4 feet high, all around. It has a vision-block screen, a 4.8’ top wire, plus double fencing, on the side with neighbor dogs. If the neighbor's Goldens are out, they will friendly bark, and bark. They really want to come over and play. Surrounding Area: There are two private yards (one with an enclosed, screened chicken run, and one with friendly dogs); deep woods on the South side; and an incredible mountain view, over more meadow, on the West side. Sunsets from here are awe-inspiring! Parking: There is room for two vehicles to park near the gate the Meadow. Please park only on gravel and do not drive on the lawn. If there are more than two vehicles in your party, please park up the hill in the gravel near the large, 4-car garage. LIMIT of 4 VEHICLES per reservation, unless organized in advance with us. There are four easy-closing gates in the fence, that are generally left open for wildlife passage. We will make every effort to have the gates closed before you arrive, but know that you're responsible for seeing that all 4 gates are closed before you unleash your pups.
