Hidden River Farm is a 40 plus acre paradise for humans and dogs. We opened our organic orchard 6 years ago and it operates annually from June to October. So we have decided to try to open it up for use year around if possible. We welcome folks to bring their dogs out to run, retrieve, train or just play for awhile to get the energy out. There is an abundance of land. We offer a picnic area with table and chairs. Both tables offer umbrellas for shade if needed. We have water spigots so that the dogs can have clean drinking water. We also are breeders of Champion Labrador Retrievers. We have chickens, ducks, donkeys, horse and more. We are a working farm that believes sharing is a great thing these days.

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. We also have plenty of wildlife—depending on how rambunctious your dog might be, you may see otters, soft shelled turtles, tortoises, wood ducks, raccoons, armadillos, rabbits, and squirrels. We also have a plentiful supply of water birds—herons, egrets, and more. Parking is on the left side of the road next to the fence. Please bring your own scoop and poop bags, water,and chairs. Quiet private Oasis for guests, private 100% fenced yard, sloped grass yard with 3 patio area. A lot to sniff, a lot of stairs to work out those legs. Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting.
