Beautiful area fully enclosed with 6' fence at the lowest. Separate entrance to this field from the street. Street parking on dead end road. Approx 400' x 200' field for running or throwing balls or frisbies. Picnic table shaded from afternoon sun. No lighting after dark Weekends tend to get fully booked. If you don't see any open slots Change your criteria to 30 minutes as there might be a 30 minute slot still available. If still no slots contact us as we might have an hour opening between guests. Sniffspot requires 30 minute padding so those gaps won't show up but we might be able to squeeze you in. There is a water hydrant near the chicken coop. Lift up on handle and wait three to four seconds for the water to begin flowing. Turn on splitter valve if no water comes out. There's a large green trash can next to the shed for poo and some bags available if you didn't bring your own. In Summer early mornings are usually cool. After noon the picnic table will be in the shade and an hour or two before sunset a good portion of the field is in the shade. But midday can be hot with no shade. I recommend checking the weather forecast before visiting or only booking 30 minutes when hot

Double lot, lots of grass, great training/play area. Leaf piles in fall, 🍂, snow in winter ❄️. I clean/disinfect bowls/provide fresh water. fire pit/sitting area/blankets/drinks for humans. Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Borrow a blanket on the couch if needed during your visit. My resident dog: med tricolor mix, friendly, quiet/sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock all doors/dog door. *Neighbors are very quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch football/hockey outdoors in their yard, but not all the time. Feel free to message me to confirm. 🪧 🅿️ Read street sweeping signs. Don't park in front April to November. 2nd Tues/month.

Next to the barn is a table & 2 chairs. Water is available under the deck, please bring your own bowl. Please use the trash can to clean up after your pups. Please book your reservation during daylight hours. Obviously this will change based on time of year. Our house color is barnyard red and the gates are past the house. The surface is a packed sandy soil during the cold weather months and mowed natural vegetation during the warmer months. A walk around the interior fence line is about 1/4 mile so it's great for the active dog owner too. It's a close-in rural location right in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. My neighbor has loose chickens on his property. The chickens are bothered by dogs. Dogs may bark out of curiosity and that's totally appropriate and ok, but they soon realize that with no reaction there is no need to bark. NOTICE: I share a 300' fence with a neighbor to the west. The neighbor has a new dog that on random occasions has access to this shared fence line. I have installed privacy screening to minimize this distraction. IF YOUR DOG IS HIGHLY REACTIVE, PLEASE DO NOT RESERVE TIME AT MY SNIFFSPOT. Sniffin' Hours are: 9:00 -4:00 every day except for Tuesday, which is field maintenance day, and my dogs do get kind of jealous if they can't use their own dog park. This is a fully fenced backyard with some space to run, sniff, and play. My dog, a mini bernedoodble, enjoys it when we are home but this will be fully private for you during bookings. The yard includes grassy areas, a concrete patio, and seasonally includes leaves or apples fallen from our trees. All plants and fruit are verified to be non-toxic to dogs. This spot may be best for small to medium dogs, but all dogs are welcome. There is a patio table with chairs and small trash can available with poop bags nearby. The patio is mostly in shade by the afternoon, while sun stays in much of the grassy area through early afternoon. The hose is off for the winter but will be back in the spring!

Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an in-ground pool that is dog friendly from May-late Oct. Oct-May the front & back yards are available for lots of room to run! We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have 2 dogs of our own. 1 is a black lab and 1 a mutt. Owning labs for over 20 years, is how we became passionate about opening our pool to other dogs who love to swim! We do keep our pups securely in the house or sometimes leave the house if requested. Also feel free to send messages about off hours as we may approve them if given enough notice. Note: I leave at least 30 minutes between bookings to assure there are no run ins.
