We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. As you drive by the red barn to the parking area you will sometimes see our dog friendly dog Butch in his gated area most likely sleeping! 😄 Once you reach your parking it is private and you are alone.

**IMPORTANT** Your booking includes either Area 2 or Area 3 (depending on the size of your dog and which you prefer) If you want to use Area 1, 5 or 6 (our pool areas), please select the relevant extra. Then your booking switch from Area 2/3 to Area 1, 5 or 6. If you want to book Area 1 or 2 in addition to the extra, please create a new booking without any extra. We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. Area 1 - $30/half hour & $45 for 1 hour Area 2 & Area 3 - $10/half hour & $15 for 1 hour. Area 5 - $25/half hour & $40 for 1 hour Area 6 - $20/half hour & $33 for 1 hour. Our two little girls love to meet new dogs, but also can stay inside if your dog is shy. Pepper, our Italian Greyhound is super fun and social, and she’s happy to come say hi or stay inside. The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. If you have a small dog or an escape artist please feel free to pull it closed. Alternatively let us know before your arrival and we can close it for your visit.**

Our home is on a corner lot, so one half is fully fenced and one half isn’t fenced - you’re welcome to use either/both areas at your discretion. There’s a nice mix of shady and sunny spots. We have a water hose you’re welcome to, and if you’d like we can set up a kiddy pool (just let us know in advance). There are also some dog toys and poo bags for your use. The humans are welcome to make use of the deck, chairs, table, swings, or campfire pit. We have a 13yo very gentle German Shorthaired Pointer and a 3yo 20lb Cockapoo full of energy. You’ll have the yard to yourselves, but if you’d like for the dogs to play together let us know and we can have a play date (assuming it’s safe for everyone - our dogs aren’t territorial about their yard and have been happy to share with visitors). So grab a coffee, a good book, and enjoy the yard while your furry companion explores!

We have treed areas, large manicured and unfenced areas for zoomies, a pond for frogging plus an L-shaped fully fenced, fully secure area that wraps around the north and east side of the house. It's the perfect size for a small to medium dogs. It has a manicured portion and a unmaintained portion. (The east side is aprx 60’ long x 25’ wide and the north side is aprx 100’ x 20’ wide.) Larger than some city backyards! We have kiddie pool for splashing and towels for drying the toe beans before getting in the car! We also have fresh water bowl areas with toys such as tennis balls, sticks and tug toys for your dogs enjoyment! There are so many spots to sniff and investigate or just sit and chill with your doggo. We think you will really like it here and look forward to your visit!
