Fully fenced backyard by Sunset Blvd in Silverlake. Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos. Under a large Magnolia tree in the center of the yard, there is a brick patio with a table and chairs, grass and mulched flower gardens bordering the fence. Room to play ball, ground or just relax. Yard is approximately 64' x 35' excluding gardens. No bags needed as we have a poop scoop available. An additional small fence separates the yard from the driveway (fully enclosed inside the large fence). Please bring your own water and bowl if desired.
