Such a fabulous place for my boys to run and play! They had a great time! The area is completely fenced and has plenty of room for them to run and play or chase squirrels. They also get to hear and see the fantastic cows, horses and maybe even the donkey. Water was available and I even got to pet one of the beautiful draft horses! Super place to let my doggos live their best life!

The puppers had a great time at Stephanie’s! They thought they were at Disney. Lots of things to explore, with plenty of trees to hunt geckos. They didn’t quite know what to make of the huge draft horse, so they left him alone after saying hello. The property is huge, and completely fenced in. There were no piles of dog waste anywhere, which is always a plus. I would absolutely recommend this spot, and we will certainly be back. 😀

Very nice host. Was so of her to get my dogs ball in neighbors yard, which my hubby threw by accident. My chiweenie had the best time. The terv was just ball crazy, as usual. Lots to see, many new experiences with horses, dogs and cows! Overall a fun time.

This is a great spot! Everything just as the description say's. Stephanie was kind in having her large litter of dog's inside so my girl could run, sniff and explore without any dog altercations. For those of us working with a reactive dog this is such a relief and blessing. I was able to do a positive introduction to the horses and cows with my girl. That was a big win! We didn't see any dog poop anywhere. Quite the accomplishment for 15 dogs on the property! Fencing good and secure. Highly recommend this spot!

This was my second time visiting and just like the last time we had a fantastic time. The sniffs are top notch, the fence is very secure and the dogs loved interacting with all the animals at the site but from a safe distance between the fences. My hound loves this place because the scent trails are so good and the first time we went the host had her hounds in their kennel and they all got to sing together. It's a great place for practicing recall training around distractions and makes for an excellent experience all around.

Beautiful property, all fenced. I have a reactive dog and they way everything is set up he did great with dogs, cows, and horses on the property. All far enough away that he didn’t react. Great communication from Stephanie. We will definitely be back. Pups are tired!

This is a great area for dogs. There is some shade. I felt comfortable letting my small beagle off leash. The dogs can see horses and cows if that's a concern for your pup.but plenty of room to not be close at all. My gsd loved being able to run in the sand.

We loved it here! This spot might spoil us from others. Plenty of space for my pup to run! He was so intrigued by the farm animals and it added to his sniffing adventure. Everything is completely fenced so no need to worry about your dog. He was so exhausted from his time here that he actually laid down for car ride home. This never happens. Will definitely be back!

Our first visit was so great that we extended our reservation! The property is beautiful and peaceful, Debbie has all the amenities you could need if you forget something, and the pool is fantastic! Will definitely be returning and recommending!!

We had an amazing time! This was an awesome treat for our doodle Theo! The grounds were super clean and very safe for kids and dogs! The pool is just the right size and depth for dogs and visitors to cool off from the hot sun. It has a sun ledge at each end for easy entry and exit. There is plenty of room to run free and toss a ball. We also got some great pictures of the sunset as a bonus! Thank you so much for sharing your property with us!

I'm glad I found sniffspot especially Twin Oaks Ranch. Every time I drive by farms or homes with acreage I always wish that I can live there so my pups can run, be free and have fun. Twin Oaks Ranch was everything they needed and more. My German shepherd and Aussie had so much fun and ran nonstop. It put a smile in my face to see how happy and how much fun they had. They were finally free with unlimited space. Twin Oaks Ranch is delivered everything and more. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to spoil their pups and make good memories.

This place is amazing! It was clean and my dog had a blast swimming. There were different sized life jackets and extra towels as well as tons of balls for your pups to play with. This was our first time going and we only used the pool but my baby Zuko can’t wait for next time!!!
