This is a 5 acre farm with 1 full acre dedicated to the sniff spot. The pastures are cross fenced allowing for room to explore but not too far. Horses that offer some additional entertainment but are always a safe distance with a large space (enough to drive a large truck through) between fence lines. The animals are used to the dogs being around and even barking at them so they don't respond and generally the dogs get bored of them and move onto exploring the space. We have some simple agility items in the space along with balls and other toys to help entertain both you and your dogs. As a guest you have access to: * Fully Fenced Acre of play space for off leash adventures * Water - leave the blue handle in the up position and use the small black lever at the top of the hose near the faucet to get water. * Poop baggies * White garbage can * Dog towels, clean ones in the clear container and dirty ones go into the grey tote. We ask you use 1 towel per visit if possible. * Porta Potty * Shelter with chairs and a small table you can put anywhere in the field during your visit we just ask that you put them back when you are done. * During the summer days we include a doggie pool. They are blue kiddie pools. Double them up when you use them so they are easier to empty and less likely to break. Please dump the pool and return them to the corner when you are finished. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: This is a field that has uneven ground including mole and gopher holes. Please watch your step. Please keep within the Sniffspot area. If you happen to throw a ball over a fence just message me and I can retrieve it after your visit. It is important to stay outside of areas market private property. Those gates also have extra locks but just in case we want to be sure everyone stays safe. USE OF INDOOR ARENA: During harsh weather (over 95 degrees or winter would be those days of wind and heavy rain) the indoor arena may be an option. YOU MUST MESSAGE me prior to the visit to ask for use so we can make that ready for you if it is available. We are excited to have you come and share this special place with us.

Memphis’s meadow is fully fenced with new 5ft field fence. The lowest point is a three foot man gate by the house. It’s beautifully sloping park like setting with large mature trees. There is always shade to be found no matter the time of day. We offer extra amenities and are always open to suggestions! There is a larger 8ft wide stock gate (also secured with woven 5 foot fence) near the parking area. This is marked with a beautiful wood sign and sharing library. Please help yourself. We have two green chairs please feel free to move them around the yard as you wish and a picnic table to enjoy morning coffee, lunch break with your pooch or even a nice evening picnic to watch the sunset. We have added a gazebo for enjoyment on sunny days and rainy day’s alike! Feel free to send us a note if you have a special request or ideas on how to make your visit more enjoyable! As a note, we do have chickens across the driveway from where you access the spot. They are secure in their own space. This is a fenced, grassy, fairly rough pasture a short drive out of town, perfect for training and playing with your dog. Chairs and picnic table available. Note: during heavy rains in the winter months the field will be closed due to the wear and tear on the grass. Closures will be noted in the title page. There is a small drainage ditch in one corner of the field. A bowl and faucet is available for your use, there is detergent there if you want to clean out the bowl.

Happy Apple Dog Park-AKA Gus’ Park is a fully fenced yard with lawn and some bark dust, There multiple shrubs, trees and plants for your furry companion to check out. A farm favorite are the giant oak trees which provide shade. Feel free to take a seat and watch your friend run and explore! On site we have a small dog (23lbs) and a multiple cats as well as three horses. The neighbors on both sides have dogs but there is no contact-just line of sight! Come enjoy Gus’ favorite spot!

The property is a horse ranch on 25 acres surrounded by private forest. There is a shallow year round creek that is refreshingly cold and also a large pond that your dog can swim in. There are hiking trails that start at the edge of the property. The trails are mostly uphill. The outdoor and indoor arenas are available for an extra fee. They are mostly dog proof for large dogs but not escape proof for small dogs. The horses wander around the property early in the morning so if your dog chases horses it should be kept on a leash around the horses. I recommend that I show you around your first time out here. To get here you must be prepared to drive down 5 miles of gravel road. There is a gate to get into the property. The gate code will be sent to you with the welcoming message. Cell phone signals are weak once you get on the gravel so check the pre-visit message sent two hours before the appointment before you get out of cell service.

Private Dog Park on 1+ Acres near Mt. Scott Creek: We are a private park 5 minutes from Clackamas Town Center. A fully enclosed (1 acre) field and hills with Mt Scott Creek meandering through the lower field (the creek is not fenced at both ends). The creek runs all year; the water level reduces in the summer, but there are locations where dogs can still completely submerge themselves and cool off on hot days. In the winter, the water level rises and turns into rushing torrents after a few days of heavy rain. The entire acreage is pesticide-free, making it safe and ideal for dog owners who enjoy playing hide and seek with their pets. Rainy boots are recommended that one section of the lower field can get wet and muddy in the winter on rainy days, otherwise the majority of the fields, especially the upper fields, are completely dry. Sniffin' Hours: Monday through Sunday: 8 am to 9 pm (Spring & Summer) 8 am to 4:30 pm (Autumn & Winter) Our two 5-year-old Doberman and mastiff mixes will be indoor for the entire duration of your visit. Hi! My name is Theresa. I recently started my sniffspot and love sharing my property with you and your doggos to enjoy. We will provide you and your best friend ( friends) with two acres of fully fenced property for your dogs to run free! Part of the property is Forest, where your dogs can forage, roam amongst the trees, dig, or just take in all the smells. Our visitors tell us It's the best of both worlds with the woods to roam and open areas to play fetch or practice on some of the agility equipment . Our space is very peaceful and beautiful, with lots of texture. We have a shade (or rain) canopy with a picnic table under it, fresh water, toys, and poop bags. :) I have 3 dogs that roam the upper 2 acres of the property. Sterling (border collie) Piper (border collie) and our newest member Wriggley ( husky mix) SHE was supposed to be a foster dog, but we fell in love with her... If your dogs roam up to the very edge of the Woods where the 4 acres are divided, they may see or hear my pups if they are outside. My pups may also bark for a minute as you play in the grass area down below if they see you. The property adjacent to us is the home of two nice dogs. They are very friendly. If our neighbors let them into their back field, there is a chance you and your dog will see them. Those same neighbors also have some piglets that are sometimes allowed to roam on the back end of their property. There is a chance you will catch them romping around. We hope to see you soon!
