The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Welcome to your very own dog park! Completely shaded with trees, big open spaces to run, trail area in the back, hills and bumps to go flying through. But wait, first stop and say “hi” to Jerry, our 19ft Giraffe fiberglass statue. Great for selfies. Jerry loves our backyard, because it is filled with granddaddy oaks, giant magnolia tree, cypress and pines. Occasionally you can spot deer and turkeys playing in the yard next to your dog park.

Bring your pups to rip and run in our pasture! There’s a big open field to play as well as some naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family and a seating area is provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots near the entrance. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property and if we’re home, we stay inside during all bookings. I have lots of ideas for additions to our little doggy park and would love to hear your suggestions too! Message me with any questions or concerns you may have! Five minutes from either the Dade City exit (293, Blanton Rd) or from the north, exit 301 (US98/SR50). Centrally located 35 minutes from Tampa, 45 minutes from Orlando. This property is completely fenced and gated. The sniffspot is completely fenced and gated as well. Use the Westgate of the property, it is marked with the state flag. Please keep that gate closed for safety. The sniff spot is located to the right as you pull in the driveway. Please park off the driveway to the right. There s plenty of space for parking, so RVs are welcome. We also have RV hook ups if you would like to stay. Camping areas are throughout the property, and a bathhouse is available for restroom breaks. Please keep your dogs leashed until in the spot for play. Gates are at the back of the property allowing access into the Greenway. 70 thousand acres of trails, with possible wildlife sightings. We offer horse stalls, so it is possible you might encounter an equine. The outdoor kitchen is located at the front of the property, you can purchase drinks or snacks for a nominal fee. Semi shaded with trees, big open spaces to run, play and sniff every blade of grass, but please be mindful there are hawks, owls, crows and woodpeckers in the neighborhood. There is a shaded back deck for humans to sit & relax. Throw a ball from a seated position have a nice cold drink soda, beer, Gatorade or water. Please drink responsibly and throw away trash. Please be mindful other dogs use the backyard so clean up after your self & and your fur baby. Fur babies over 40 lbs are welcome with advanced reservations. You have more than two dogs? Pay for 2, your 3rd comes in free on the same day as reservation.
