The spot is clean and mowed! It is fairly flat and open, other than a little tree and fire pit! There will be a basket of toys for your little ones. I will provide poop bags, trash, water and a water bowl as well! Spot will be unavailable on Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to working schedules. Because of the changing weather the sprinklers are put away for the season!

Our puppy loves to run around our property. We have a barn with concrete patio with folding chairs for you to enjoy the shade. There is a large dirt hill that my children and dog love to dig in. We have an outhouse (no running water currently at the land) that needs to be locked up after use to keep large animals out. There is a woods behind our barn that we do not travel in much as it does not have paths yet. However, if you like to explore with your dog, you’re able. There is an old fence line within the woods to distinguish the line. The king driveway is a perfect turn. For our dog as we drop her off and let her run back to the barn. Please ask any questions!

We have a great yard in Taylor Mill for your pups to spend time in. We have private parking and a detached garage to allow dogs to get a break from the heat or cool off. We also have a creek behind the house if you go through the woods in the back right of the yard. If any questions please feel free to reach out!

We offer 2 SniffSpots in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, fenced or unfenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. SniffSpot 1 is an unfenced, mowed, 1/2 acre, open field, with shaded seating and scenic views. SniffSpot 2 is a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. Garbage cans, Dog drinking water, hose/spigot, and refreshments are available. Gus' Garden is a spacious yard with around 3,600 square feet of green grass and flowers. Feel free to use the seating provided as your pup sniffs and plays. Plenty of shade and sun for your pup to run! Just make sure you dispose of any waste your pet may produce and close the gate all the way when you leave!

Fenced in 1 acre, cross the bridge and enter through horse gate and latch the gate with the chain . There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is.

Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! Large half acre yard that is fully fenced with 5 rail fencing. Pool in pictures is fenced separately so dogs can’t get near it. Small dogs might be able to escape. No dogs live at the property.

We have 5 acres, some wooded area included where your dogs can come explore.

We have a fully fenced in backyard that is off the road at the end of our driveway. We have multiple gate entry points, but the point of entry for the spot is straight back behind the driveway on the left of the red shed. The gate can lock and the yard goes downhill so there are little distractions to dogs who might be a little curious. The fence is lined with chicken wire and our dogs (we have 4) are kept inside during bookings!
