We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. We have a nice wooded acreage that sits along a creek that flows into the maumee river. 3/4 acre is fenced in with two entry ways. Wheel chair accessible at the back entrance. We do have dogs as well that are super friendly.

This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book no later than 6:30pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Please be aware and respectful of all livestock. Everything to the west of the driveway and horse pasture to the stop sign on steinbach rd is free range. Please stay out of animal pens.

We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. We just re-opened after adding 450 feet of fencing and re-seeding the lawn. We are now triple the size of our previous park! I live out in the country. In a separate fenced in area I have chickens, ducks, and geese. In a 6’ huge area I also have dogs. I put them in crates when I know someone is bringing their dogs. People could go into that huge 6’ fencing area. The problem would be they could step into my dogs poop. This huge area I’m letting people use is very wide and long. Not that pretty. The very back only has 4’ fencing. All the rest has 5’ fencing. I love it for just letting medium and small dogs run. Could be ok for large dogs as long as they are not jumpers. If my standard poodle ever wanted to get out of that area, she could. Never out of the six foot area. It is not what I have up there.
