Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Sweetwater Court Private Dog Playground and Garden is perfect for an apartment pet, condominium pet or the traveling pet who needs a break to run and play off leash. Additionally we have many guests desiring safety for dogs and children to play together. Bring a friend, have a picnic while your dogs play. This is not just our yard; it is our field to the side of our house and a little more than half an acre is fenced. Another 5 1/2 acres offers privacy and serenity. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced field and dig in the garden. They love sniffing all of the plants and running the rows . We don’t mind! There are plenty of interesting areas for your pet to explore and run and a lot for them to sniff and explore. The field is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not UPSCALE. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. There is fun for Small and Large dogs. We are located in Southern Guilford County, just 2 miles off Interstates 85 and 73 and 5 miles from Wendover Ave with easy access. We have a water spigot on the property, free puppy pool, hose and spraying fire hydrant. We now have the Sunflower She Shed with an 8 foot covered porch with fan and an air conditioned and heated interior room with refrigerator and snacks to purchase. There is a wonderful glider in the shade, several benches with cushions, a hammock, zero gravity recliner, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included. I have a 9 foot privacy fence surrounding most of the yard, which can be latched but is never locked. I have grassy, gravelly, and mulchy areas for the pups and a seating area for the humans. There are no resident dogs, only curious (indoor only) kitties who may peep at you. Let me know if you have questions 😊

There’s a small playground and a climbing dome if you get your kids along. Water hose is available. Trash cans available outside, please pick up after your pets and dispose off accordingly. We have some fruit trees and lots of flowering bushes.
