The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! In the summer, though, the creek dries up until the fall rains come. You can always message us to find out if there is water in the creek before your visit. There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂

We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Welcome! 3.5 Acre Open Pasture. Right now its VERY basic. We are looking add on more fun attractions. There are two sections. One is completely fence in! You will access this area through the gate to the left of the "Enter Here" sign. *FOR ON LEASH ONLY* The other portion there is a fence but it serves as a property boundary . This fence would not a contain a dog who does not have recall. The wire is electric fence wire. The power is turned off to it. We have chickens. They will be enclosed and not a bother to you and your dog! more then likely you will hear our rooster. The coop is not inside the sniffspot. We have two dogs. They will be kept inside. They may bark at your arrival but you will not see them during your visit. There is an in-ground fence for them. But, we do not plan on ever having them out while you are visiting.
