The entire property is 10 acres that has a quiet, country feel- limited road noise, a few neighbors and plenty of privacy. The dog play area is a 70’x120’ sand arena that is 5’ tall and fully fenced in. There is a basket of assorted dog toys for you to use as well and a water trough for your doggy friends to jump in.

Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. All our SniffSpot funds are donated to PitCrew Rescue to raise money for a surgery that our foster dog needs. Our pool has been great for our dog after her TPLO surgery. I highly recommend water therapy for recovering from injuries. Our dog doesn’t like jumping in, so she uses the steps on both sides of the pool to get in and out. There’s a park across the street from our house with a public restroom. If you have any questions or requests, message me.

2 acres fully fenced in with a 6’ dog fence!

There’s so much to do for dogs up here close to Hudson way which is loaded with fun trails and biking. Bring your pup to play on our log stack and run through the fields. There’s so much nature out here to keep even the most chill dogs interested. There’s plenty of parking and places to sit and relax while your buddy gets his energy out. Head down to the river at Purdon crossing or Edwards to cool off after the fun.

Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

Fully fenced fairly flat with rolling hills for walking and running. Space has a few large open areas amongst forested areas with tall pine trees. Perfect for dogs that love to swim, run, play fetch and more. Terrain is mostly dirt with grassy patches and gravel roads. Therefore when it’s rainy please be mindful that it will be a bit muddy in spots. Space also has two ponds with easy accesible beaches for dogs to walk in and swim in. There is plenty of space to bring chairs and relax. We have a dog water bowl near the house that can be taken to any area needed on the property if the house is too far. Please note, we also have two dogs ourselves that are friendly but we will have them indoors whenever a guest books the spot, so you’re pups will have the place to roam by themselves. We also have cats that roam outside during the day so let us know if your dog isn’t good with cats and we can also ensure they are indoors. We work remotely so are typically home and free to help whenever needed.
