Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just SNIFFF SNIFFF AND RUN. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. It’s a large open area to RUN! RUN! RUN!!! We sit on about 5 acres. There’s an old barn on the property. It’s so much open space that I can’t help but feel as though we should share it with more dogs! Our German shorthair pointer can run for hours out here and it is more than enjoyable to get to sit and watch. We’d love to see some other dogs running and frolicking in our open space. Our pointer, Patton can be put in the house while you visit. If you have a small dog, I HIGHLY recommend a coyote vest with the spikes on the top of it to repel hawks if you plan on letting your little dog off leash out here. We have hawks and bald eagles and I have had a hawk attempt to take my 4 lb yorkie poo. There’s chickens that we free range, but I am more than happy to put them away if they will be a distraction to your dog. I know they are to most. Haha

1 acre of open land. Run, jump, fetch, play ball, train, and you name it we have the space for you and your best friend to have open range. Owners may use our driveway closest to that side of the land. Be mindful as we do have cameras. The firepit area is off limits but the rest of the property is yours for your entire stay. There is a trash bin available near the fire pit for your buddy's little brown droppings.

Medium sized fully fenced in back yard with a nice shade tree to sit under. Table and chairs provided for humans. Proper copper provided, must clean up after your dog. Come June, a kiddy pool and some outdoor toddler playground equipment will be provided for dogs to climb and play with. Dog water bowls will be provided in June as well, to keep your pooches hydrated during those warm summer days. Perfect yard for fetch and Frisbee. 50ft long tie out provided Incase your dog tends to be a fence jumper but still needs some extra room to spread his or her legs. Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. Quite dead end street with plenty of room to run!

This is fully fenced in with a 6 foot fence on two sides and a 4 foot fence on one. There is a great amount of room to run and throw a ball. I can offer things like a baby pool or sprinkler for the warmer months. There are sometimes dogs in the neighboring yards. My dog and kids use the yard often, so lots to sniff.
