55I have left reviews before but wanted to highlight that we still come almost every weekend and absolutely love this spot. It has been fun to see how it changes with the seasons. We are currently splitting our time between the water side (watch for debris, and the amount of bank varies depending on river depth) and the farm side; the dogs love plowing through the waist-high alfalfa. 55My six year old human kid, and my one year old canine kid absolutely adored this place! Like other reviews say, bring good shoes! The trails are fun, there’s plenty of shade and sun, the creek is shallow but still fun to play in. Highly recommend it!Raquelle P.

55This place is awesome! Fencing is secure, trails are fun to run around on and the dogs had a blast splashing around in the creek to cool off. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was that my golden got soooo many burrs stuck in his fur. The short haired pups did fine! Kristina S.

55Thank you Roshan for sharing such a great yard with others! I love there are so many adventures packed into that 1.5 acres: great smells, a stream, fallen logs to climb over and little slopes to walk up and down.
We will definitely be back!Zoe A.

55Lovely space with an open field to play and some trails with plenty of tree shade. The trails are a bit steep in some areas so definitely wear sturdy shoes! The creek is a nice touch and my dog loved splashing around in it!Karel C.

55We learned quickly this is not a place to throw balls (too many blackberry bushes), but if your pup likes to explore, then this place is awesome! A creek, a trail, two smaller open areas -- all completely fenced in. Tater's friend Grant joined her today and they played chase through the entire place and had the best time! In the creek, over the creek, down the trail ... oftentimes we'd lose sight of them but they'd always come charging back. After 45 minutes or so, pooped dogs. Success!!Brenda D.

55Very secure fencing and fun trails to wander the property on. We didn’t see or hear any problematic triggers during our visit. Some of the fence line is shared with neighbors, so maybe at times you could encounter people on the other side in their yards. Some of the creek crossing areas were a little challenging for my senior dog, but she managed just fine.
If you have a pup that is reactive to fast moving cars, getting out of the car could be a bit challenging at times as cars really fly up that road. However, once you’re inside, it could be a great spot to safely practice desensitization because part of the field area parallels the road and you can control your distance from the triggers. Just something I thought about as my reactive girl used to really struggle with wanting to chase/bark at cars and I was grateful today that it’s not a struggle for her much anymore.
Awesome spot, and we’ll definitely be back. Katie R.

55A true slice of forest and creekside nature! Lots of space for ball playing, trails and a creek. My dogs loved it! Be aware there are a lot of burrs in the lower field and the trails can be a bit steep and uneven for folks with difficulty walking. We didn’t have an issue though! Lea H.

55This was fantastic! My friend shared this place with me, and we checked it out today. Fully fenced, yard to play, trails, and water too. There were a couple climbing spots for the dogs, over some wood and across and up the water, great! Loved it, and she is an amazing host who has everything you could possibly need available, even bug spray, and since there's water I recommend it. Joell C.

55My boys LOVED our visit to this awesome sniffspot. It feels like stepping right off the street and onto a trail. There are lots of blackberries so my dogs got a few thorns in their feet, but the space was large, paths were clear, and I enjoyed watching my city dogs testing creek crossing. Thank you for this oasis! Elizabeth C.

55What a great spot! My dogs had such a good time running along the trails, sniffing everything, playing in the water. It was fairly shaded in some spots, so that was a little bonus in the heat we’re having. Jessica C.

FAQ about our Rainier dog water parks
Are dog water parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. If you are worried about whether you can have an enjoyable water experience, just know that it is possible to have peace of mind when visiting dog waterparks by following basic safety guidelines. Some great ways to stay safe around water with your dog include learning canine CPR and keep an eye on your dog at all times to ensure they are not distressed. How do I know if a dog water park works for my dog?
Start by applying basic filters, such as fencing and distractions, to find a dog park that works for your dog. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our fully fenced dog water parks. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our dog water parks where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. Make sure to review the amenities of the spot to see what kind of water features are offered to make sure it works for your dog. If your dog is not a strong swimmer, then perhaps choose a dog water park with tamer water features rather than a river or beach, for instance. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions, and of course, checking water park hours.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot water park?
We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Additionally, we recommend following our water safety guidelines.
