Great piece of property, larger than I anticipated! Our dogs were wore out after an hour. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Very grateful for the provided toys, chairs, water stations and bug spray available to us. Janet was super welcoming!

Really beautiful property. The fencing was very secure. Lots of shady areas for a hot day. Janet the host is so kind and considerate. She left out fresh water, poop bags, toys and bug spray with a couple of chairs. There are cute donkeys and chickens on site. My dog was fascinated by them. Really nice peaceful place for my dogs to get a good run in. We would love to come back.

Big, secured area! My dog loved sniffing, running and rolling around. The chairs, water and toys were a welcomed addition to our rental. Having a reactive dog is tough so spots like this that allow her to roam safely off leash are amazing. We will definitely be back!

We love taking our dogs here. The only thing I could have something negative to say about is the amount of horse or donkey poo on the property. Other than that. We love it. The dogs absolutely love it. One of our dogs wants to "roll" around in the piles of poop. Still worth going there though.

Have now gone with our dog twice. Lovely, secure and spacious spot! Very accommodating — Janet had fresh water bowl, toys, treats, poop bags, wipes and seats. Very good communication and quick replies as well. There are animals within view and chickens in a secure area nearby. We will definitely be returning!

The donkeys remember you when you visit again, and they are so soulful. We go as often as possible for our dogs to have a blast releasing their wild joyous energy, but the donkeys have become such a precious silver lining.

This was our first time visiting and it was an amazing experience! Even though it has been raining for days, the area was still clean and relatively dry. There was a bowl of balls, a soccer ball, a jolly ball, clean fresh water, and chairs. She even set out wipes because she knew I didn't want to get my car dirty. When this weather clears up, we will be going once a week!

My 1st experience with Sniff Spot couldn't have been better. Janet's Private Dog Park was wonderful. The vast property was completely fenced, and included special extras like donkey meet-and-greet (w/fence separation) chicken observatory, ball launchers, and treats. Janet also provided water and pick up bags. I was in awe of her hospitality. opening her property up for private pup adventures. I will ABSOLUTELY return.

I would like to start this off by saying this is an amazing place to take your animals if they have dog or human reactivity. I have two very high energy dogs and they LOVED this sniffspot. Janet, the host and her husband were lovely. They left out dog treats in a baggy, and had multiple toys to play with that they provided PLUS left out fresh water for the puppies. Nonetheless, I will be returning with my two puppies. It was a pleasurable experience and fenced adequately!
