The firepit is currently closed for its royal renovation and will return bigger, better, and ready for cozy evenings this spring. The Arena is 8450sq ft of soft sand, fully fenced, located on a horse farm. The arena offers a secure separate entrance from outside, near the parking for easy access. There is a gate at one end of the arena which is secure to keep in big dogs, however small dogs may be able to squeeze through. The sliding door may be closed to accommodate! Pooped scooper and buckets are provided - please clean up after your furry friends. We ask for no excessive digging as this is also used to exercise horses, a rake will be provided to smooth any divots! All dogs deserve playtime! Reactive dogs are more than welcome to block off a time for private play - please message beforehand for host to block time. We do have some toys, treats and some equipment such as poles and logs to jump! Please leash all dogs entering and leaving the arena. If needed, light switch is located beside the entrance doorway. We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter.
