Nurtured by Nature is a thriving kids summer day camp but currently off season so we are open 7 days a week. So for the safety of the kids and respect to their families we are unable to have the area available while the day camp is open. This is for only 6 weeks in the summer. ***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** With big wide open trails, forest, marsh, creeks and wildlife, this doggy paradise is attracting visitors from all over southern Ontario. We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees won't be out until April but please avoid the hives anyway. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Hi there, we are Between The Lakes Family Farm in Canfield (15 minutes south of Binbrook). Our farm is located on 100 acres of beautifully scenic property and we have opened 26 acres of that space for you to explore. Our property is on predominantly flat elevation with trails, multiple fields and roughly 7 acres of forest. While the forest can be dense in spots, it is very walkable and presents a lovely spot to hike through. We have 5 ponds as well as a stream that runs the width of our property and travels through the forest. We have a myriad of wildlife that you may see or encounter during your adventures here. These could include (but are not limited to) great blue herons, muskrats, rabbits, geese, ducks, deer and coyotes. We do have livestock and a guardian dog on the property (they are fully fenced) as well as family pets so please respect their space and ensure your dogs are leashed anytime you are nearing the barn, paddock or barnyard areas.

This is it!! One of the biggest and closest spots to the GTA. Everything in one place. First, we have a fully fenced dog park with some play structures, shelter, and a picnic table. Then our unfenced site consisting of 60 acres of fields, ponds, and trails. You may use either site during your visit. Trails are more like hiking in the woods and not suited for bikes or any other equipment. Large pond where your dogs would love to swim for hours. You can park your vehicle near the pond. Sorry for safety reasons the Paddle boats are not for public use. Rubber boots are recommended in spring, winter, or rainy days. Trails get muddy when wet. Guests, please, pick up after your dogs. Drop trash in the big metal bin on the way out. Enjoy the tree swings, muskoka chairs, and solitude. Do not go on the trails past the pond. They do not belong to this spot, and other dogs and people could be present.

It’s summer! Flowers are here and so is the hot weather! Come and explore a beautiful country escape with your dogs! You’ll have a set of private trails to yourself, with large open fields perfect for training or games of tag! Surrounded by a meadow and a mixed deciduous & evergreen forest, both you and your dog will feel completely at peace with options for being in the sun and shade! Your dog can even go for a splash & drink in the stream or ponds! (2) adults are allowed with the dogs for a Sniffspot booking. Up to (3) children, under 18, may accompany them.
