My jaw dropped when we pulled into this place. The property is gorgeous and they really went all out on another level. John was nice enough to give us a little tour before we ventured off with the map he gave us and there’s plenty of adorable signs so it’s easy to follow along. The stream/river was so clear compared to other places we’ve been. My dogs couldn’t get enough of this place! We also met Stephanie on our way out and she was wonderful. *Caution* Little mishap on OUR part but figured I’d mention it so other people can be hyper aware: Although the river seemed shallow today there’s a slight drop off that John did warn us about- our little dogs ball ended up floating down into that small cove under the trees so she zoned in and couldn’t get out on her own. My boyfriend jumped in to pull her out but you can say we’ll be leaving our phones in the car next time! Haha. This absolutely won’t deter us from coming back just lesson learned and wanted to pass along the info! Thank you again John and Stephanie your place is a dreamland for dogs❤️

OMG .. Chose this space based on prior sniffer reviews and it did not disappoint!! This property is AMAZING! Not sure who enjoyed it more … me or my ‘lil sniffer! 😆 We booked 1.5 hours but could have stayed much longer. There are lots of little trails that are all well marked which makes it easy to follow the map. The creek was just the right depth today so Nacho could chase his stick and even get the zoomies in the water. The field was just long enough to do a little ball chasing before we left. And Molly. She was just so curious about Nacho and he didn’t understand … he thought he’d made a new friend to run the fence line with. 😆 This is a place I could rent for hours or even the day just to have all to ourselves. We will definitely be back!

I have no words to explain how amazing this spot is! My Heeler LOVED this spot! There’s access to a creek and she enjoyed cooling off in it. There also are trails you can walk and since you’re given a map it helps out a lot. I would definitely say her favorite spot was hanging out by the creek since it was very hot when we went! I 10000% recommend this spot to everyone!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this sniffspot! We’ve visited many spots and this is by far our favorite!! Well worth the hour drive from Seattle, though I wish it were closer so I could visit more often! Very well maintained trails and good for older and younger pups. If you have a pup who forgets his manners around farm animals (like my old dude), ask John if you can park in the back. There is plenty to do without getting in sniff distance to the animals. Book extra time because you’ll want it…it’s so tranquil and peaceful…so grateful for this spot. It’s salve for the human soul and joy for the pups.

Hands down the best Sniffspot we have been to so far. The property is lovingly maintained and our pups had a blast romping on the trails and through the water. Such a great space!

We booked for two hours and our pup had the best time, the owners are super sweet. We will visit again and highly recommended.

This is my favorite place! John is so patient when it comes to my high energy anxious dogs. This is a great place to take out their energy.

We loved our second time at John’s place just as much as the first. Best way to describe it is your own private oasis with hiking trails, an awesome cabin w/ bathroom and tons of amazing farm animals. Thanks for sharing your property.

Ten stars - this place is special. John was super nice & informative; his map of the property made navigating the trails a breeze. The creeks and trails were simply lovely and kept the pups thoroughly entertained. Our favorite sniffspot by far!

Best host's, great adventure for your pet (and exercise for you as well as pets!) Trails, running creeks, chairs...etc. They take such great care of the place. Marked trails, and they will give you a map of the different trails. There's a great place for your dog to take a swim. Peaceful and beautiful. My boys love it and so do I!!!

One of our top 3 favorite sniffspots. The dogs enjoyed the creek and the map of trails was helpful. You really can not get lost as there are the cutest signs letting you know where you are. Lots of small bridges and benches for you to enjoy. My dogs had the zoomies they were so happy running all around the trails. We will definitely be back!

Drove 50 minutes to this sniff spot and worth the drive. So much space and so much to do for my dog. Impressed with all the signage and seating throughout the area. Will definitely return.

First, you meet your awesome host. Second, he escorts you with your dogs on leash through the pasture, which may include bunnies, chickens, goats, wild turkeys, and two very mellow Scottish Highland cattle. Then you are “set free” in the flat grassy area which borders Coal Creek. After that, there are wooded trails up the hill, if you choose to climb. I love this place and only wish I could get there more often. (Note to self, make a point of it.) Steph and John are genuinely happy to welcome people and dogs.

Absolutely beautiful &’so much space to explore! John was super nice and we really enjoyed the two hours we had there - it didn’t feel like long enough. Sooo many cute photo opportunities with bridges & water. We cannot wait to go back - it was worth the hour drive!

This is such a great spot to explore. Lots of trail, safe, great nature, and creeks for water. My girl Roxy loved spending time there. Host is also kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

My pup and I had a great time at John’s property! It was our first time so I didn’t expect much but it exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely visit again.

First I want to thank John for sharing this beautiful place with everybody. This spot is gorgeous. My dogs absolutely had the best time swimming and playing in the creek The property is a perfect mix of woods and sun with great trails and a lot of benches to rest on. I will definitely be going back this way my first time there and I felt very safe.

Serene, amazing, the "best" experience my Lil ferrels have had in ages. John and his wife are super hosts, and dollie is hillarious. We are already booked the next few weeks out!
