Space includes a small wooded area within the fenced area. Bathroom available on site in the smaller barn. SMOKE FREE ZONE. Pick up after dogs, garbage bin provided. There are a few seniors visiting with mobility issues which is taken into consideration when there is poop left behind. You can always message me and let me know a general area and I can try to run out and pick it up between the next visit. There are some small gaps in the fence, so this is a great spot for large and medium sized dogs. Not a spot recommended for small dogs or severely reactive. Please keep dogs leashed until it is your time slot and are in the designated area and keep in mind you may pass another dog owner with their dog on a leash leaving or entering the spot. IF YOU CAN NOT CONTROL YOUR DOG ON A LEASH WHEN PASSING ANOTHER DOG PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SPOT. Lots of seniors visit this spot and they may need some extra time to walk to their cars. For the most part spacing between guests has been good. Please read the essential rules the website has suggested in order to keep this a fun and safe place for dogs. Guests can be blocked from booking again if they do not respect the space or who are rude to me. Please check the spot descriptions for all details regarding animals on the property. For people who don't have cats you can still book the space and visit my two friendly orange cats. The orange cats on the property are very people/kid friendly. I am converting it into a place for very small dogs to have a safe space to be off leash in a grassy spot with a cover so they are safe from pray birds. It will also be a space where people with adventure cats are free to book, so there will some cat climbing trees. For a cat, please message for details, you will have to book through the Swimply App, as sniff spot is only designed for dog visitors. My vision for this encloser is to have hay grass, a couple of young cedar trees that can be transplanted later when they are getting too big for the enclosure. Some logs/ stumps... trying to recreate a mini forest inside the space. With shade and chairs for humans to sit and relax. I will be adding some agility equipment for small dogs or cats to practice jumping through hoops and doing adorable stuff.

We offer a full acre of manicured pasture. There are two wading pools for dogs to play in toys, balls, peeposts, fire hydrants, and even a large sunshade, which will put you in the mindset of the far off middle east. There are large, comfortable seats and more ! Come check us out! !

0.25 acres in Blaine, grassy and perfect for a game of fetch! 4 ft fencing around a 100'x40' area with short grass. There's a small shaded woody area at the west side featuring an 80 year old pear tree. SniffSpot parking is to the right of the camper van, and there's a small gate into the spot right there. There's also a large gate to the left of the camper van's concrete pad. Make sure both gates are closed before unleashing your pup. Water is available via a yard hydrant inside the fence, and we offer a kiddie pool. Benches are provided for humans + a shade umbrella. There are leash hooks at each gate and a beverage ledge near the large gate. Toys and towels are in the bin near the water bowl. There's an outlet in the shed if you need it, + a handwashing sink. Our fencing is best for medium and large dogs. It's not Chihuahua-proof yet. This spot is close to our home and we spend a lot of time outside working on our hobby farm, so odds are you'll see us around. We have chickens in the next fully fenced field over, so domestic animals can be seen and heard at all times. We also have a resident Black Lab, who much to his chagrin, will be kept inside during your visit. Our neighbors have a Yellow Lab who you might see through the shared fence on the north side. She's nosy.

GETTING HERE 9420 West Saanich Rd - This is the first driveway north of Ardmore golf course on the west side of West Saanich. - Drive up the long driveway, take the sudden left turn at the farmhouse, and straight ahead another 3 metres is the SniffSpot meadow -Park there (you'll see a chalkboard sign) - The meadow is on your left THE MEADOW - this is a fully-fenced 1/2 acre with 5ft tall fences resting a few inches off the ground. It is secure for small dogs. - it is a shady spot with dappled sunlight, full of deciduous ornamental trees, wild mint, and grasses - there is a flock of chickens next to the dog meadow, visible but protected by fencing AMENITIES - water and a dog bowl are at the front of the gate. Use the spigot and hose to fill the bowl as needed - an electric outlet is here as well for charging devices - garbage is in the “pan-insula” bin clearly marked at the entrance to the meadow. Put dog waste in the garbage bin, not the compost bin.

We are located in the Roosevelt neighborhood of Bellingham. Our "back 40" is a mostly maintained lawn with several trees for shade and a covered back porch for resting. Two sides of the "back forty" are bordered with a 6 foot cedar privacy fence. The far back of the yard borders a city watershed with a 6 foot chain link fence. Deer can often be spotted on the watershed but will leave the area once you and your fur baby arrive. Please consider posting a picture of you and your dog playing on our back forty. :)

22+ acre property with 20 acres that is fully/securely fenced. The front half is a large field, the back is forested and has maintained trails throughout. There's covered seating in the field & woods, portapotty, yard hose, drinking water station, wading pool, water mister etc, see amenities for more details. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. Off West Pole Road, there’s a little lane next to a DeWildes nursery field. Our front field has a hidden gate (see pictures!) that will let you into our fully fenced front field. The grass is field grass and a little more rough and uneven than a yard lawn, i.e. diggers welcome!!

WEATHER ALERT: If you are checking the weather online check the Ferndale (98248) weather. The Bellingham weather stops at the Smith Road. My prevailing wind is from the South BUT I do get the cold NE wind from Canada. NOTE: This is an acreage area which formerly held dog events; barn hunt, earth dog, carting, rally, obedience, tracking and nose work. The off leash area was set up for the dogs to have a place to run and play safely away from the other dogs when not working. This is all sandy loam so no standing water even when it rains. There is a water faucet down by the smaller barn (west side). You are welcome to fill your dog's bowls. Just be sure you turn the water off after. I have put some folding chairs just inside the big door of the barn. You are welcome to use them. I have also put a shovel out there so you can fill in any holes your dog digs. It is important you put balls back in the crate, they do not do well under the mower (the mower doesn't like it either. Please fill in any large holes your dog digs, so my mower doesn't bog down in one. if you want a bit more room to run your dogs, you may close the 2 big gates and let your dog run in the "parking area". It is all fully fenced. Be aware, the big gate into the back pasture does have a gap under it. THE BACK PASTURE IS OFF LIMITS THERE IS LIVESTOCK BACK THERE! PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG EVEN IN THE BIG AREA. THANK YOU!!!

I offer dog walks, small-group boarding, and pet sitting services. When I’m not boarding any pups, I’d love to open my yard and patio space for other pups to enjoy. I live in a quiet neighbourhood, however there is some construction going on in the lot behind my home! There is a large bedrock that runs along one side of the backyard, which makes for some great exploring. There is a blackberry grove next to my yard which is frequented by various wildlife, so there is always lots to smell back there. Please note there is a significant set of stairs you need to go down to reach the lawn area from the patio. The yard is surrounded by 6ft fences, and there is one section that is steep rock - this could potentially be climbed by a VERY determined pup so please keep that in mind. I’m happy to do what I can to make your time here as safe & fun as possible, so please feel free to reach out with your queries & I’ll try my best to accommodate!

My yard is 0.39 acres and fully fenced. I have a small pool that can be filled up for the dogs as well as a water bowl that will be sanitized after every visit. I have lots of toys, balls and chuck-its. I do have three dogs but they would be kept inside while you are here.
