In the back, private corner of our property is a beautiful pond perfect for water-loving dogs! Feel free to throw a ball or just sit at the picnic table while your dog enjoys swimming around or rolling around in the sand. We do board horses (one of which is within the fence adjacent to the open pond area), so we ask that you have a good recall for your dog. If you're a first timer here, we can keep an eye out and move the nearest horse if it becomes an issue. We also have a perimeter trail around our property that you're welcome to use. This does pass by many more horses, so not reccomended if your dog wants to chase horses. I'm new to this, so any constructive criticism is welcomed!

Drinking water for dogs is provided, as is a hose that can be used to rinse dogs before and/or after playing. Balls are provided for dogs and chairs for humans! If you go right to the top left of the pasture and look East, you can get a view of Mount Pilchuck on a clear day Please respect the speed signs when you get to the dirt road! This is a pasture and we do let some of our animals graze there every so often (not when you're there). Preferred parking is at the lower entrance (Red gate). The trail is 3/4 mile out and back with many off trail options. This sniffspot is primarily for you sniffers who want to swim and fetch in the lake…or take your human out to paddle board or kayak! This sniffspot is our second lot, next to our house lot. You will have 80’ of lake front (patio and grass), a 30’ wide swim area with easy in & out stairs and pea gravel lake bottom…plus the whole lake if you venture out! Towels, fridge, tables, seating, drinks, snacks, human life jackets, doggie life jackets (select sizes) & toys provided! Paddle boards and kayaks available for rental on the spot. *All proceeds go toward improving the sniff spot! Suggestions welcomed! Our property is shy of 12 acres, 9+ acres of which we're sharing as a private off leash dog space or Sniffspot. The entrance is over the bridge where the creek is and 'From Creek to Back of Property' is all yours to explore. You may unleash your doggies right after the bridge and chain the gate if you want. Dogs might run down the creek for a splash or drink. Continue on to our family campground, there are picnic tables you could use. Then, up the hill you go to 'hike up the mini forest', free to roam around, listen to the birds, squirrels and other critters and sounds that nature brings you. You'll find seating areas while your dogs are at play, feel free to use them. Enjoy a picnic with your loved ones if you're up for it on one of the cabin porches or covered / uncovered picnic tables. The back of property behind fence is DNR land, so rest assured you’re on your own private little world with your furry buddies. The mini forest has some large walking paths and smaller trails scattered about, also some open meadows and is at a peaceful wooded setting. This is where I go to unwind and relieve my head of stress and worries. It’s my place of meditation, while my dogs sniff and romp around like crazy, do their zoomies and play hide n seek! *If you want to save a little bit of moolah, check out Sniffpass. Forget about the gym, you'll get your exercise here with your dogs. If you have older dog/s and would like to drive below the hill to park so the fur buddy don't get exhausted, message me.* Some of you have asked about the cabins. You begin down at the lower pond by the castle and rock wall, Following a laidback walk in the shade up to the upper pond, woods and off leash park. There is bug spray along the trail in case you forget to use some and want it. Please respect other visitors and make sure to put your doggie bags in the provided trash bins, and PLEASE do not put your doggie bags in the fire pit!!!

Hello and welcome to our Sniffspot! We hope you enjoy your time here. Just a reminder to please pick up the toys and water bowls that you use when here and place them in the 'used/dirty bin'. This ensures a clean space for the pups that visit after you. Thanks! It's a large, open one acre pasture with plenty of room to run and play. Tall fir trees, our home and other single family homes surround the property. There are neighbors who walk their dogs or play with their dogs in their yards. There are no shared fence-lines but we are noting this in case your dog might be reactive or sensitive to seeing and hearing other dogs and people. There are also chickens nearby - see note below. Double gated entrance for security. Park along the fence on the gravel drive. Plenty of room for your pup to enjoy the zoomies! A few things below to note, thank you! *🎾💦 For the toys and water bowls, we have labeled bins for 'clean' and 'dirty/used'. Please utilize items from the clean containers and then place in used/dirty so we can thoroughly clean them. There are cleaning materials in case you would like to sanitize or self-clean bowls or toys. Thank you! * 🥾The terrain of the pasture does have some dips, bunny holes and there is a section of mown grass, as well as a portion of longer pasture grass, and sticks from the fir trees. Wearing solid and/or waterproof shoes will help you navigate the land. *💦 There is a water jug and spigot with hose in the pasture to use for drinking water. If you use the spigot, please be sure to turn it off. There are small plastic pools available for warm days. You are welcome to use a pool, but please empty it after use and return it to the fenceline area. *💡we have 4 sets of string lights on our fence, two small solar spotlights on the fence, and one large spotlight on the far power pole (motion sensor). It adds some brightness to the pasture for evening visitors. Note that since it is an acre lot, there is a portion of the pasture that is still quite dark once the sun is fully set. *🐓 There are two hens and one rooster on a neighboring fence line and the gate to their henhouse yard has a sign (don't let the chickens out, no matter what they say), as well as a secure gate latch plus bungee cord. They will stay on the far side of their yard, and hide under the shrub/tree cover so are usually not be visible from the Sniffspot pasture, but wanted to share in case this is bothersome to some pup guests. Our rooster, as well as neighborhood roosters, are regularly heard. *please note: due to the burn ban, wildland fires and the dryness of our land, we ask for no smoking on the property at this time, thank you

Would be perfect for those that don’t want to interact with others (i.e. cars driving by, strangers, the neighbors... ‘chatty hosts/property owners’😉). Safe place for adventurous individuals that prefer to explore alone with their doggo(s), a doggie daycare retreat, a memorable late evening of star-gazing, or a safe place for a highly reactive dog to have fun. Details: 5 acres, off-grid experience (no power or running water) with it’s own private entrance. Two grassy sloping yard areas with “Tranquility Trails” that loop up the hill. Secluded, native woodland with mowed grass. There are (overgrown) cottage style gardens. During your visit, feel free to pick blueberries, wild blackberries, apples or roses — or pull weeds — if that’s fun for you. 😉. This location is very relaxing. Plan for a couple hours or more to enjoy the quiet, rural lifestyle. TIP: if you have any concerns about your pup(s) going down the driveway, feel free to close the gate for added safety. Note: We are raising money to renovate the cottage located on the property by hosting a Sniffspot. Please do not explore inside the house, a roof collapse could happen before we can arrange for it to be replaced.

We have a large flat yard your dog can run around in. There is a little narrow area in the back to explore also. Fully fenced. But if the dog is very tiny it could get out through the bottom of the fence. We are the light green house 3rd one from the cul de sac - with a red flower pot visible near the entrance. You can park in front of the house on the curb and then go to the left of the house, up the driveway to open the gate to the backyard.

This beautiful 2-acre spot is fully fenced - 4-5' high, gates 4' high. There are potentially 2 areas that you can use right next to each other (fenced in between). Please note however, that the first Pasture that you come to does have an area where dogs can potentially get through and back to the gravel road. It is right inside the first gate on your right in the forest area there. The great thing is we are not near any sort of busy road. One thing to note is that my neighbor on the adjoining property has friendly, smaller dogs, and they do bark from time to time. You really can't see them all that much as there is brush, sticker bushes, and trees in between our properties. That said, you may hear them from time to time. What I find that works in quieting them up is to just walk over and talk to them. We welcome dogs that have different anxieties as well as being dog reactive and people reactive. There have been many people here with their dogs who have done just fine. There is a spigot with fresh clean well water, next to the clawfoot tub inside second pasture. We also have a bowl there for your use. We have wood for you to purchase, should you desire a fire while there. There are plenty of chairs and benches for folks to sit on. 22 forested acres with private trails and an open field area located in the power line clearing. Includes private land access to state forest trails with views. Once you park you will see the trail entrance into the forest in front of you. Take the trail down to the creek. Water levels in the creek vary depending on the time of year. Cross the creek using the foot bridge and head through the forest. In about .3 miles you will come out into the powering line clearing. Feel free to explore everything in front of you and to the left (north). There are several wide open grass spaces in the power line to play fetch or just let the dogs run and be dogs. I will send you detailed instructions for the hike up the mountain upon request. This is a real hike and I recommend hiking attire. Please bring water for yourself and your dogs. The hike is about 3.5 miles and 800 feet of elevation gain. I recommend booking at least 2 hours to complete. If you want to hang out and enjoy the views you may want to book more than 2 hours.
