The spot was clean with plenty of shade on a hot day. We got to see horses! Great visit :)

We had a great visit here! Great shady areas to play and relax in on a hot day, with nice patio seating for the humans. The location is right off a main road so you can hear car traffic during the stay and there are areas with sticky spurs that will attach to longer dog hairs. Overall our pups had a great time getting their zoomies out here!

This could easily be called "Field of Dreams". My Lab mix, Hap, looked at me as if to say: Is this heaven? Wonderful property with a split of trees and off-leash hiking practice. Then, a great grassy area for fetch and exercise. Great directions and just a great place to connect with your fur family.

Really nice place!!! Big space for the pups to run and lots of sniff spots for them to wander around.

Mark’s place is great! Tons of space and lots of interesting things to sniff. Very clean and plenty of shade to keep cool on a warm day. Our small dogs did not find any gaps in the fence or dangerous spots (15 and 22 lb Shih Tzu/Mini Poodles). Mark is very friendly and welcoming and we appreciate that he offers for his pups to play (we hope to do that on our next visit). Highly recommend!

We loved our time here! It was really spacious, clean and there were lots of toys available! We loved how shady it was, and our high energy dog had the best time running across the large space!

This was a lovely Sniffspot! It was spacious, flat, clean, quiet, and the fencing was secure! My dog and her friend had a great time running and playing fetch! Our host provided water for the dogs, which was great on a sunny day. My dog didn't notice the horses until her friend did, so just in case your dog notices them and barks, I recommend bringing high value treats to work on recall to keep your dog's attention away from the horse area. Thanks for hosting us!

This was a great property - my one year old Labrador retriever had a blast running around in the 2 fenced in areas. I was able to just sit on the bench and relax while he played. Thanks for allowing us to visit!

Nice place for a romp in the woods! Good access to fresh drinking water for the pups and lots of space for fetching a toy or stick.

I brought 5 dogs to check out this new spot today and they had a wonderful time. The spot is very clean, the lawn is mowed and the dogs really enjoyed their time playing fetch with a chuck-it that I brought and exploring. Parking and access to the spot is very easy and clear. Fresh water and a trashcan for poop pick up is provided. There are some areas where small dogs (10lbs and under) could fit under the fence to get into the adjacent horse area but it was not of concern today as I only had 30lbs and larger dogs with me. The fencing was very secure for all the dogs in my care today. The dogs were very curious about a fly catcher bag that is hanging low in the yard. One of my dogs would’ve loved to launch himself into the pool if he could have figured out how. Myself and the dogs enjoyed seeing the three beautiful horses that are adjacent to the spot in their outdoor stalls next door. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful backyard with us.

Directions to the entrance were clear and easy to follow. The open field was the perfect size for our pup to run around and play fetch. There were also plenty of trees around, which was great for taking breaks and cooling down in the shade. We brought water for our dog, but ran out more quickly than we anticipated, so we were really happy there was a water spout on-site! We could hear the neighbor's dog barking during our visit, but it was far enough away that our reactive dog wasn’t too bothered by it. The neighbors were at the fence line chatting to each other/doing maintence work which seemed to bother our dog more than the barking. Still, it wasn’t a huge issue and we were aware of these things when booking. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be adding this spot to our rotation!

First experience using Sniffspot and it was very positive! Our pup loves to sniff around off lease and explore areas as he is 9yrs old. Mark’s property was welcoming, clean, maintained and had all the things a pup could want to do in an hour. We will be back for sure! This is a wonderful property you won’t want to miss out on! Lovely open area for the doggos to romp around in! Lots of bushes for them to sniff around in too! It’s plain to see that Stephanie loves her property and loves sharing it with others.

This was the first time using the app and renting out a yard. The location was perfect, clean and solid fence around the whole property. Great parking and I even met the owner briefly and he was very nice. We definitely will be back :) And possibly tomorrow!

This new spot is really nice! It’s a large flat fenced backyard with plenty of shade. There is a water bowl and access to a spigot. We didn’t see any other amenities like toys or poop bags. The chain link fencing is tall and secure, however there are a few spots along the back fenceline where a very small dog might be able to squeeze through into the (fenced) horse area. The entire back fenceline is shared with two horses. They mostly kept their distance but were curious about the dogs. There were two hazards that we had to keep an eye on: a bag for catching flies hanging low on a tree at the back of the yard, and a trailer full of straw and horse poop that was open at the back. Our dogs were interested in both of these things so we just made sure to watch them closely and call them away, but it would be nice for future visits if the fly bag was hung higher up and the poop trailer was closed. Overall a nice secure spot!

My dog Snow was happy to run. We had a good time here, and the host was kind and welcomed us in the place.

Really big open back yard. I liked that they had a big upstairs deck that gave a big area of shade under it. They do have two horses in the fenced area next to the yard. My dog usually barks at other animals but due to the big space she was able to ignore them for a bit. Very clean as well :)

This spot is huge and I came while it was slightly raining so it was nice to have several “areas” on the property. I was worried about getting there due to the instructions but it ended being super easy and I arrived way too early.

Great space with several spots to sit and watch the dogs play, either under the trees or in open grass. Directions were clear, making finding the spot easy.
