Welcome to our 12-acre horse farm! There are 4 horses that live here, but we have plenty of room and places for play for dogs as well! The indoor arena can be a perfect choice to let your dog run and play in bad weather. It's completely enclosed and lit. If outdoor choices are your thing, we have a fenced, outdoor arena with sand footing for your use. Or we have a 0.25 acre smaller area, fully fenced. As far as unfenced areas, there is about 5 acres of woods and about 0.5 acres of pasture that offer room to roam.

1 acre of open land. Run, jump, fetch, play ball, train, and you name it we have the space for you and your best friend to have open range. Owners may use our driveway closest to that side of the land. Be mindful as we do have cameras. The firepit area is off limits but the rest of the property is yours for your entire stay. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just SNIFFF SNIFFF AND RUN. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. Located in Wayne County on our 70 year old, 5 generation family farm. With a partial of 12 acres, part of 50+ acres owned by immediate family, there is fresh air and plenty of room to run and play. Consisting of 2 fields and partial wooded area, free from chemicals and pesticides, the fields of clover, Timothy, and alfalfa attract deer and other wildlife in the area. There is a creek that flows during the rainy seasons however, usually dries up during the dryer months.

We have an additional 3 acres of woods and a pond that is UNFENCED at the back of the property that is accessible through a gate that you are also welcome to explore. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. I have a kiddy pool, water bowls and a hose outside that is usable in the spring, summer and fall. Toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. Welcome to our home. We have one dog named Donna - Dowanda when she’s sassy, and recently had to say goodbye to our dear Scooby. We want to share our dog paradise with other dogs and dog parents while we're raising our two human babies. Hopefully, years from now we will have 10 dogs to run free here, but for now, we want to spread the love. We do NOT treat the lawn/property with any chemicals.
