We enjoy our peaceful, scenic, 3 acres with our Doberman Piper. We are 35 minutes from Fremont Bridge, in Hwy 30. I participate in dog sports and enjoy taking Piper with me as much as able. I thought others may enjoy our property with their dog as much as we do with ours. As you pull off Columbia River Hwy (hwy 30) towards the Warren Country Inn restaurant (56575 Columbia river hwy, warren, Or 97053) stay left towards the guard rail. You will see a dead-end road sign with a Sniffspot sign underneath it. This is our driveway. Follow and stay left up the hill past the barn & past the goats. Our property has the 2-story gold house on it. You will see on your left a green sign with our address 56441. You will park on your right, by the Sniffspot parking sign. This unfenced, large, mowed field to the right is yours to enjoy and is only part of the 3 acres you get to play in. Straight ahead, towards the 2-car garage, there is a picnic table under the trees. Feel free to use this. Dogs love to jump on it. Look to the far right and you will see a 6-foot chain link fence. Walk across the field and the entrance is to your left. Just follow the chain link fence to left for the gate. Inside of this area is a fully fenced, 5 to 6 feet tall area to train or play. This area is about 100 ft by 50 ft wide. Inside of the chain link area is an agility jump, large container of chuck its, tugs, other toys and orange cones for dog training. There is also a water bowl with water that will be cleaned between guests. When it is hot out, I will have a kiddie pool with water so your dogs can cool down. There are 2 chairs to sit in when in the fenced area. Feel free to bring whatever you would like to play with to the big grass field area to enjoy. We would appreciate it if you can put it back inside the fenced area when you are finished with the items. If you continue to the left of the chain link entrance, you will see several steps down to the seasonal stream. It’s either a pond or a stream, depending on if the beavers damn it or the damn breaks. Feel free to let your dog explore this area. The mud is soft. During the summer, its more on the dry side. From the steam continue to the left and follow the stream. When you get to the tall trees straight ahead there will be a box of poop bags, next to the seasonal stream. Our neighbor’s property is behind these bags on the right in the green house, they are not crazy about people going onto their property. Best to not let your dog go that direction. So go left up the hill towards the orchard. Feel free to pick a couple apples during the fall. This will get you to the front, by the picnic table and you will be able to see your car from the top of the orchard. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms on site, however as you will see the Warren Country inn is right by our home. You can go there during business hours to use their bathroom. Or grab something to go to eat on our picnic table. We have an added attraction of moles. My Dobie loves trying to find them. Beware of holes that we may have missed filling in between guests. We do have a variety of unknown mushrooms growing during autumn and some other wet months. If the ball or toy goes over the fence to our neighbor’s yard, just leave it there. Don’t go and get it. Come enjoy the outdoors with beautiful views, open areas, forest trails, graveled roads, and a creek. You will park at our xmas tree parking lot where you will start your adventure. There are 2 miles of graveled roads and 6 miles of trails to hike, along with a creek that runs thru the property. You will have cell phone service at the Christmas tree lot area where you will park, but limited cell phone service if you decide to hike around. There are seats at the xmas tree lot, along with water and a garbage can 🐶. Nature in the City is a unique Private Dog Park that is 1 1/2 acres of beautiful natural land with varied landscapes. Step out of the city and into our natural setting that features different areas including 2 grassy fields perfect for fetch w/discs, ropes, or toys, (balls are not best here due to all of the surrounding bushes), a couple of forested areas, several nature trails for hiking adventures, and a wetland-like area with a healthy little creek that’s a hit with the pups. They can wade, cool off, and drink from the natural water. Your dogs will have so many different sniffing and secure off-leash exploring opportunities here! Our spot is so much more than just a fenced field! The area is diverse and so much fun for your dog(s)! This is a great spot to work on recall. There are a couple areas on the trails that are a little steep, there’s a trail where you have to walk over logs 🪵, and the little creek has to be stepped over in places, so people with limited mobility may have issues in these areas of the spot. There are two bridges over the creek, and we will be adding one more bridge at the far west end of the spot soon. There are plenty of spaces and trails that are suitable for all abilities. If you’re looking for a basic fenced field to play chuck-it then this probably isn’t your spot. We are continually working on our property, so every time you visit you will see improvements! We provide a rain/sun shelter with 4 foldable chairs (message us in advance if you need more chairs and we’ll put them out for you), and lots of supplies including dog toys & balls, poop bags, hand sanitizer, natural bug spray, sunscreen, wipes, hand towels, first aid kit, and a cornhole yard game. We also provide snacks and beverages for humans and doggos! Located outside are 2 zero-gravity reclining chairs, a kids size picnic table, and fresh drinking water for your pups. There are open areas with sun ☀️, and there is shade all day due to many large trees. Our property is VERY secure with 5 to 6 ft fencing. We walk the fence line regularly and check to make sure it’s secure. We are located close-in on the Westside of Vancouver one mile from I-5 on 78th Street in West Hazel Dell near Felida. *It gets muddy in areas when it has been wet/raining outside. We have wood chips along trails and in muddy areas which help a lot! Come prepared so you enjoy your visit. **We recently added 6 solar flood lights in the main field area for those of you who visit after dark. They provide subtle light at the entryway, main field, and the shelter for about 4-5 hrs after it gets dark outside. If you you want to explore the trails after dark we recommend putting a collar light on your dog(s), and that you bring headlamps and flashlights 🔦. ***We recently added a small bridge over the middle section of the creek! Our SS is a wide open space where your dog can run and play. Please DO NOT bring an unvaccinated dog to our SS. PLEASE keep an eye on your dog(s), not your phone... Unfortunately we have found missed messes, so please monitor your doggos. if you forget bags. we have extra in the "milk box" next to the porch steps, and feel free to use any toys you find in the SS. Absolutely no digging is allowed. Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. Private areas: the house including the porch, and wrap around garden. Water is provided* 1- the hose/hydrant near the gate. (Located to the left of the gate as you enter!) 2- green bowl at top of driveway *unless freezing weather Please the area east of the driveway and behind the house and have a good time exploring and playing! There are bunnies, cats and squirrels on the property so we ask that you please restrain your dog for the first 30 seconds or so when entering the property to give those animals a chance to react to the presence of a new animal. Allowing your dog to chase cats or wander up onto the house's porch are not allowed. Leave any hose running if found that way. Residents of the home may come and go during your reservation. Conveniently located 2 minutes off of I-205 and 7 min off of I-5! This is a fully private space, separated from the residence yard. Fully fenced & recently added 360° privacy screen. The property is a flat field, with short grass, which makes for the perfect space for your dog(s) to run to their hearts desire! This is also an ideal spot for training, especially disengage/reengage recall. You can keep an eye on your pups from all areas. There is privacy from the main residence and the road. Come down the first driveway. You will see a white address sign “Windenfir” You will then see a sign “Windenfir Training Field.” Parking avail in front of gate, near the exit, or in front of garage (just not blocking garage door). Agility course, tennis balls, fresh water, and poo buckets available. Hose is on if not freezing temps. After going though Windenfir training field gate you will see the back gate with a sign “Windenfir Dog Pasture." Great place to explore and let them sniff. Looking to the right when out in the pasture, the neighbors Goldens occasionally bark. Two fences between properties on this side. Owner usually calls them when barking. The pasture has goat droppings so no surprises. This is a farm :) Chickens and goats in separate area and visible to dogs (see photos). Don’t be surprised if they come up to the fence to see what’s going on. The animals have been raised around dogs and are not bothered by them. They would come out if they could. Very nice field fencing in pasture. Chain link/field fencing in training field. As of now the training field and pasture are muddy and slick in areas. Agility equipment can be slick also due to rain. Check pasture area if deciding to throw a ball/stick/small child :). Hard packed in areas and not level in some. Playhouse is open for photos and kids. Porta Potty for humans. large mowed areas to throw a ball of Frisbee. Large pond with an easy in and out slope into the water for young and senior pups. A small Jon boat with paddle for a pup water tour of the pond. A selection of different size life Jackets for pups and humans. A bulletin board with a sample display of a Blue Green Algae test kit that can be purchased on Amazon’s. An area next to it where guests who do the tests can post the day, time and results for other pup owners to see. An array of pup towels to dry off with and a drying line. A Muddy Paw Spa wash station b4 they get back in the car, multiple large shaded sitting areas. A 10’x 10’ sand filled dig box for the pups who just have a need to dig. A “Tug of War”spring loaded grab bar for pups who like a good tug of war. Multiple pup fresh water dispensers, with bowls for them. Multiple Doggie Poop Depots with poop bag dispensers so for your convenience, no need to carry that around while you explore the 15 acres. ( Fair Warning.. very low tolerance for a guest who does not pick up after their pup) Two wooded trails areas that we have just begun to develop for the wild side areas to explore. A Large professional Obstacle Course with most of the obstacles course pieces seen on U-Tube. Toy stations with a large variety of toys to select from (Please be considerate for the next guest, return them back to the station after use). Porta Potty for humans was hand sanitizer, lime dispenser to process waste and illuminate odor. Two Frisbee Gulf course areas under development. Bring your own disks to play while you pup sniffs,…or rent a back pac of putters, mid range and long range disks from us. Hello I am Mookie, a Golden Doodle who loves to play ball and my Human is Grace. She got me this place with a long yard, perfect for playing with a chuck it! I begged for a pug and she let me have Frankie. We are happy to share our yards which have different areas for different Dog needs. Human needs can be taken care of too. We are relatively new to Sniffspot and will be adding new features as we go. Our pictures show how much we have changed since we opened the very snowy end of January. Frankie and I will not be coming out to visit your dogs, but once you leave we will enjoy learning about them on our scent hunt. We believe this will create a lot of interest and fun for us and for your special family members too. A little info about my place, I have safe space to unload and load the doggos. Important to close the gate as you enter and exit the property. Everywhere is fenced. It is 2 acres total, the area that you will be playing in is a very nice long field with a small pool which gets changed between guests, and a larger one that My human adds water to between guests. it looks dirty, however, it is from the sand box and dirt hills that my human made for the dogs to play in. It is too large for her to clean after each guest. There is a water hose with a shower head that you can use for play and clean up as well. Added attraction, MOLES and we love sniffing after them. Be watchful of holes that my human missed filling between guests, she tries very hard to find them, but Frankie is a digger! This is a place for fun , everything is not perfect , but the yard is a lot of fun for Frankie and also for me! We love to explore and sometimes we see deer here and other wild animals! UPDATE: All fences are secure. IF for some reason your dog slips out the farm gate entrance to the sniff spot, the entire property is fenced, and your dog will not get out. There is a shade canopy which will protect from the rain and some chairs to relax in. You may encounter holes because dogs love to dig in the soft turf and the hill of dirt, please let me know if you find some that my human and I have not gotten filled between visits and she will fix that! With so many trees, there will be branches down. I find that the dogs love to pick through those sticks. I try to keep on top of the really big ones, but if you see any let my human know. PLEASE NOTE: If your ball or other toys go over the fence, they now belong to my neighbor! PLEASE You must not go over the fence to get them!! I have other balls and will be happy for you to use them while here, if they go over, I can deal with him later! Thank you for your consideration of my neighbors. Welcome to my home ~4 Acre Dog Farm~ away from the city, but not too far! This sniff spot is not fully fenced in. The space is huge and I haven't had any issues with my dogs running off. About 3 sides are fenced in and there isn't a lot of traffic on the road. **Please note: the neighbor along the back of the field has a gate that is sometimes open. Their dog cannot get out of their yard because he is on an invisible fence. He is outside about 50% of the time. If your dog is reactive, and does not have good recall, PLEASE stay away from the back corner. I don't want guest dogs entering my neighbors yard and attacking their dog. If your dog is friendly towards other dogs and happens to wonder through the back gate - It's not a big deal. Bobby is a friendly Golden Retriever.

This 15+ acres of hay field is mostly fenced, with an opening at the top. If you choose, there is a path along the outside that leads to a creek(unfenced) to the right at the field. There are dogs at the front of the property, which are fenced in. There is possibility of hearing barking from them or neighbors. I teach dog training at the red barn, you may come to parking lot of cars. Dogs will always be leashed and under control and typically away from the parking lot. The students are instructed to leave you alone. Off road parking, I will give clear directions before arrival. Come roam around a huge open space! Bring a ball or just have a sniff party! *Electric Fence surrounds the horse pasture - which you must pass to get to the sniff spot* Please keep to the designated sniff spot area, the top field and barn area is NOT open to the public. Any equipment in the area, including dog agility equipment, is NOT for public use. Please take your waste with you or dispose of it properly!

We have an open 7 acre property that is surrounded by trees and blackberries. This is a small working lavender farm. The entrance and one other opening to a neighboring field are the only openings to the property. We are visited by deer on occasion and have two dogs of our own that can be kept inside during your visit or allowed to play outside if you wish. We have a covered patio to get out of the sun or a large patio in the sun if you prefer. Water is provided for dogs and people. Come and relax while your dog enjoys the open range.

Just remember I have horses close to the house. 68 acres, logging roads and trails used for other businesses activities. Intersections are marked with yellow poles. Fantastic views!
