Hunting and UTV rental75 credits

We have nine acres at the top of the hill accessible by foot or UTV. If you’re dog is a hunter we allow hunting of raccoons on the hill. No shooting. Just playtime for the dogs. You can also use the UTV to access the hill. Up to 4 hours of the UTV and hillside access is $75. We are not responsible for injuries that may occur from UTV use.

Additional rules

We have dogs in the property. They are with our chickens and inside of an electric fence. Our yard is open only on the right side of the driveway. It is partially fenced and only the driveway opening isn’t fenced. Please do not bring aggressive dogs. My dogs are friendly and well behaved unless they are threatened. There are 5 acres on the right side of the driveway and all 5 acres can be used for your dog to run. I can provide water as well. Dogs must be UTD on vaccinations since I have animals. There is no shade in our field and it’s is just an open, pretty flat area. Dogs aren’t allowed near the fenced in area with chickens and there is plenty of room for them to run where they aren’t near the chickens. If your dog is playful and sociable I would love to play with them! We’ve also got a 4 year old son that loves playing fetch but understands limits and is fine if a dog isn’t overly friendly.
