We'll keep the curtains closed for your privacy, but he may sneak a peak to say hi through the window. If you have a reactive dog and would like our dog completely out of sight, message me and I can accommodate that with prior notice. There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Please use what you see available - pooper scooper and dog bags on the patio, toys throughout the yard, towels, hose and water station for pups, garbage bin on your way out at the side of the house.

We’re 1 block from Springwatet trail and creek and within walking distance to Main City Park. Thom Park is a few houses down the block and has a huge and lovely area that rarely has anything in it.

Pasture is fenced with 4 foot field fence with electric wire at the top (not charged), and separate from the house. Front fence borders on 68th St. Plenty of room to run and explore! Let's keep the pasture nice, please discourage digging and pick up after dog. My Border Collie and Mini Aussie will find your leavings (it's a large space, I understand things get missed, it helps to carry poo bags to minimize backtracking). For human exercise... 6 laps around perimeter fence is approx. 1 mile, 6 laps around pond fence is approx. 1/4 mile. If you're coming from Portland, the bridges and 4th Plain traffic can be challenging!

Scott Creek meanders through the property. The creek flows year-round—its levels dip in summer—and there are several spots where pups can wade and cool off on warm days. Please note: the creek is not fenced at both ends. Our field is pesticide-free and treated with organic diatomaceous earth in early spring and late fall to sanitize and keep it free of pests. The creekside can be muddy during winter, but most of the property—especially the upper fields—remains dry year-round. Conveniently located 2 minutes off of I-205 and 7 min off of I-5! This is a fully private space, separated from the residence yard. Fully fenced & recently added 360° privacy screen. The property is a flat field, with short grass, which makes for the perfect space for your dog(s) to run to their hearts desire! This is also an ideal spot for training, especially disengage/reengage recall. You can keep an eye on your pups from all areas. Contact me privately to obtain your booking code. ** Our SS is a fairly wide-open space where your dogs can run and play. We have a variety of shady spots and trees as well. There are various plants and some amazing (HELP YOURSELF) blackberries July-August. Please never bring any unvaccinated dog to our SS. (We regularly rescue abandoned puppies which are available for adoption.) Please monitor your dogs and clean up any messes, as we seem to find them after guests have been busy on their cellphones. Extra waste bags are available in the old milk box next to the porch steps. FEEL FREE to: -use any toys you find in the SS! -fill/empty kiddie pool to your liking -throw away damaged balls -contact us with suggestions or feedback Absolutely no digging is allowed. Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. Private areas: the house including the porch, and wrap around garden. Water is provided unless freezing temps are expected 1- PLEASE USE SPIGOT TO RIGHT OF GATE NEXT TO HOSE BOX. IF not working properly, blue yard hydrant handle or a line may not be open. It should always be open in summer months. Please the area east of the driveway and behind the house and have a good time exploring and playing! There are bunnies, cats and squirrels on the property so we ask that you please restrain your dog on arrival, for the first 30 seconds or so when entering the property to give those animals a chance to react to the presence of a new animal. We appreciate your business and love your dogs, just encourage them to avoid the home, porch areas and flower/fruit gardens please. Leave any hose running if found that way in summer months. We have a perfect little slice of freedom for your pupper! Our property is fully-fenced, so let your dog go ham! As a working hobby farm we are constantly working on the property, but we will always be respectful and give you privacy. If you or your dog wants to say hello or has any questions about the animals/property, we are here, just give a wave or a holler. Please make sure all dogs and people visiting are respectful of the farm animals. We have goats, sheep, chickens, and turkeys fenced in along the dog area. We have a roaming farm cat. We have bee hives on property but away from the dog area. We do have a Rough Collie puppy on site. He is indoors but is 99% interested in running around if your dog would like a companion.
