We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.

If you are in town for the track or enjoying Saratoga or even rent here, but need a place to let your dog run free that is not a dog park our yard for you. Our yard is fully fenced in and back up two trees. We are approximately 1 mile from downtown Saratoga. Yard has some gardens and a swingset. There is hose access. When you rent the yard, you will have exclusive use of the yard with no other dogs for your dogs safety and enjoyment.

Come explore the hay fields of Three Oaks Farm! We are a family owned beef and pork producer on 124 acres in Fort Edward, NY and would like to share our fields with you and your dog(s)! Enjoy private, mowed paths while the hay is growing, or a completely open field that’s great for frisbee when it’s cut! This setting is perfect for a leisurely walk/run, photo opportunities in the grass/wildflowers or with the three large oak trees as a backdrop! We often share our fields with all sorts of wildlife including Bald Eagles, Osprey, geese, pheasants, deer, owls, hawks, song birds of all varieties and the occasional partridge! If your dog likes to swim after a walk, there is a swimming spot near the Dead Creek bridge! Parking is on our 1st field road right after the Dead Creek bridge, and is directly off County Route 46. The parking area is marked in the photos. Feel free to park in the grass close to the field road or on the field road itself- it matters not to us. **The east portion of the field does have 2 paddocks of hot electric fence- it is easy to see the wire and posts. We do have beef cows/calves and large pigs that are sometimes near the fence line- they are friendly and use to dogs; however, we strongly discourage attempting to pet them, feed them, or allowing dogs to get too close to them or the fence.

Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.

Finger Lakes Dog Park is a privately reservable, fully-fenced, half acre canine recreation area. We enthusiastically welcome ALL dogs, but the private nature of the park is especially beneficial for reactive or shy dogs, traveling dogs, handicapped dogs, puppies, or seniors. Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Trail Edition! A short trail for your dog that likes to explore the woods. We currently have one open trail that runs the length of our 5.5 acre property and back, and we hope to add more this spring. Our favorite times to walk this trail are in the fall and winter. It can get pretty wet during certain times of the year. I would definitely wear tall waterproof footwear in the spring and summer and use bug spray. There's a large fire pit with benches and a picnic table that you're welcome to use. We are doing our best to maintain and further develop the trail but please be aware that there is uneven ground throughout and watch your step. As you walk through, you will encounter different types of forest and trees. It's always fun to bring binoculars if you're into birding. You might get lucky and see our resident barred owls!
