Explore the beautiful country side and foot hills of Vestal NY with your best bud! We are offering private sessions to enjoy our beautiful property and farm. Have a herding dog but no stock for them to practice and work? Reach out to Susan if Rustic Farm & Services LLC for a sniff spot session that includes use of trained goats and sheep for stock dogs! Our woodlands and meadows are filled with everything from hiking trails to marked scent boxes for scent work training located all over the property for your dogs enjoyment! Have a dog that loves water but no safe body of water for them? Come on down and check out the beautiful running springs fed creek bed! You might just find some beautiful rocks or fossils to take home! 😉

We offer hourly rates for private 1 on 1 trainer sessions with one of our skilled professional gun dog trainers will eqiup you & your dog with the skills needed to excel in the feild & gun dog sport of your choice! Each Session lasts a hour (60 minutes) multiple session can be booked.

Grooming Table & Arm rental5 credits

Need to brush out some burs from your adventures? No worries we have a grooming table & arm available for use!

We are animal lovers with 8 1//2 acres of land. We used to take in rescue, and breed miniature donkeys and miniature horses. We loved them dearly! Unfortunately health problems slowed us down and we had to find homes for them ☹️ We are left with foul and the whole 1 1/2+ acres is left with nothing but aged manure for the garden. It breaks my heart to see this field just waisted, I so would love to see it go to something productive and positive!!!

Fun in Freeville - 5.5 Acre Trail

Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Trail Edition! A short trail for your dog that likes to explore the woods. There is a fire pit about 100 yards in with seating and some natural doggy obstacles for those interested in agility and parkour exercises. We currently have one open trail that runs the length of our 5.5 acre property and back, and we hope to add more this spring. Our favorite times to walk this trail are in the fall and winter. It can get pretty wet during certain times of the year. I would definitely wear tall waterproof footwear in the spring and summer and use bug spray. There's a large fire pit with benches and a picnic table that you're welcome to use. We are doing our best to maintain and further develop the trail but please be aware that there is uneven ground throughout and watch your step. As you walk through, you will encounter different types of forest and trees. It's always fun to bring binoculars if you're into birding. You might get lucky and see our resident barred owls!
