Welcome to our natural wetland oasis. Bring your rain boots & explore our trails! We have 1/2 an acre of fully fenced backyard and another 2 1/2 acres of unfenced (or partially fenced) property & trails to explore. Our land is surrounded by streams and many more acres of protected county land. Park at the dead-end street and then walk through our gate by the bridge and enter the fenced-in area by our “Welcome Bear” through the Pumpkin Arch. Feel free to explore the front area down by the stream on your way out! ***PLEASE NOTE: We do have pet pigs and they will be visible to you and your dog. They are separately contained in their own fenced-in area, but it is wire fencing and you WILL see them. The pigs do not mind being barked at so that’s not a problem at all. Turn up the stone driveway and park to the right entrance to the farm will be directly in front of you following the airfield landing strip.

Calling all Furr babies! 🐶❤️. Time to run & roam freely on 2.9 fully fenced acres in Wadsworth Township. We have a fully fenced front yard & back yard with gates to separate both! There is also a non fenced portion of our land with a bit taller brush & trees far beyond our fence line that is a beautiful back drop as well. We sometimes mow paths thru this section for “trail walks” or “wagon rides”. There is plenty of room to run and roam so we hope you enjoy!! Instructions for the entrance: 1. You will see a black gate open upon your arrival on the west side where the white mail box is. 2. Pass the speed bump and you will see a parking sign, please park there. 3. You will also see an entrance and sniffspot sign next to park sign. 4. As soon as you start walking towards the back pls feel free to use the whole back of the property. 5. Trail is towards the very back of the property for which you will ne guided by the arrows. Pls be advice on the rainy days the property can get get little muddy in the back so be prepared accordingly.

Our property is a mix of 2 open pastures, and trails through the woods. There is a smaller totally fenced in area (former goat enclosure) that’s great for working on recall and scent work. We have 2 houses with yards at the address. Simply follow the driveway past the yards to the Spot behind. When you see the white barn, you’re there! Feel free to roam and play. Off leash is fine as long as your friend has good recall. Our dogs have their own fenced yards up at the houses. Our property borders a riding stable on one side, so you may see horses and riders. On the other side of the property is a shooting range (about a mile away) so if your pooch is gun shy be aware you could hear shots.

We offer 2 SniffSpots in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, fenced or unfenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. SniffSpot 1 is an unfenced, mowed, 1/2 acre, open field, with shaded seating and scenic views. SniffSpot 2 is a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. Garbage cans, Dog drinking water, hose/spigot, and refreshments are available.
