We have 1/2 an acre of fully fenced backyard and another 2 1/2 acres of unfenced (or partially fenced) property & trails to explore. Our land is surrounded by streams and many more acres of protected county land. Park at the dead-end street and then walk through our gate by the bridge and enter the fenced-in area by our “Welcome Bear” Feel free to explore the front area down by the stream on your way out! ***PLEASE NOTE: We do have pet pigs and they will be visible to you and your dog. They are separately contained in their own fenced-in area, but it is wire fencing and you WILL see them. The pigs do not mind being barked at so that’s not a problem at all. Our property is a mix of 2 open pastures, and trails through the woods. There is a smaller totally fenced in area (former goat enclosure) that’s great for working on recall and scent work. We have 2 houses with yards at the address. Simply follow the driveway past the yards to the Spot behind. When you see the white barn, you’re there! Feel free to roam and play. Off leash is fine as long as your friend has good recall. Our dogs have their own fenced yards up at the houses. Our property borders a riding stable on one side, so you may see horses and riders. On the other side of the property is a shooting range (about a mile away) so if your pooch is gun shy be aware you could hear shots.

The spot was very clean and absolutely beautiful. The fencing is mostly secure, but if you have small dogs, there are spaces they could potentially slip through. On the day we went, it was raining so having a deck umbrella would have been a nice addition but had plenty of great seating options for when it's dry and everything else you'd need to enjoy the spot! The host was quick to respond to questions and has done an amazing job making it a fun place to play with your dogs!

Great quiet spot! There are treats, water, toys, and hand sanitizer. Clearly marked parking and gate spots. Covered seating too! My dog had a blast!

Bailey and Bella really liked this doggy park. It was fully fenced in and there was plenty of room for them to run around and play. Bella enjoyed watching the cows in the field. The owner was super nice and very accommodating considering how excited my dogs were to be there.

This was our first visit to this spot. Parking was clearly marked and access was easy. The yard is big and open, with secure fencing that is nicely screened from neighboring yards. There is a deck with seating, a warm fire that the host started for us, and covered bins with toys. The dogs really enjoyed playing, running, and exploring. We appreciated the hosts' thoughtfulness in making this a welcoming space. Definitely one to return to.

No, there will not be any other park patrons. Your rental is private, not a public dog park! You will have your reserved Sniffspot all to yourself: a safe environment just for you and your furry friend to enjoy.
