Jen's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Nashville

Fully fenced large yard super close to Percy Priest Lake/Elm Hill Marina! Yard has beautiful large trees, tons of room for your pup to run and lots of squirrels for entertainment 🐿️ Water bowl is available at all times, please feel free to use garden hose if empty. Large deck near fire pit for seating and watching your dog play!! Storage box on deck with many supplies you may need for your visit - hand sanitizer, bug spray, dog treats, small drink selection for humans and poop bags. Storage box also contains brand new doggie pool and doggie splash pad, feel free to try out! Basket of dog toys available for use on deck, please supervise your pet when any are in use! While supervising, please be mindful and courteous if your dog tears up our grass while playing with toys, I know some pups love to scrape the ground when playing. We’re trying super hard to grow some better grass for our visitors!! Please be a 5 star guest by making sure water is turned off if hose was used, properly secure the gate upon exit, scoop any poop and toss into doggie trash can, put any snack wrappers, water bottle, etc into available trash can. Any doggie supplies used? Please place them back where they originally were found 👍 We do have a security camera overseeing the yard that my husband checks periodically, just wanted to make you aware! Street parking available outside home. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe!

Nice small spot! Fencing seemed very sturdy and street parking worked fine. There was a dog in the next door yard but it was super calm and didn't mind that we were running around. There was a small mix up with the address but if you look at the photos the host provided it's easy to see the entrance gate to the yard, the sidewalk goes right up to the entrance like he showed in the photos.

Patrick’s place was in prime location or lockeland springs, easily accessible, lots of play space, and he provided everything my dog could need. We will definitely be back!

101 degree weather and a dog who needs to run around are typically a terrible match but this sniff spot was the perfect place for my dog Willow on a hot day. Shade, giant ice water bowl, and a fan with water mist. Can’t wait to go back. You need to try this spot out!

This yard was just perfect. A place in the shade for the humans and pups, well maintained yard, a bowl of ice water, and some supplies like doggy bags and hand sanitizer. It was in a very safe neighborhood, and parking was so easy. Thank you for sharing your yard!

Super clean and well - maintained; perfect for training stays and recalls because you and your pups can see each other but they still have plenty of room to explore. Lovely neighborhood and really easy to access as well. Puppy and I hope to return this week!

The yard is so nice and spacious! I'm so thankful that the owner of the place left us a water bowl for us to use as well. We will definitely be coming back more often.

The space is nice- as a heads up we did have someone try and enter with their off leash dog while were there, and they got all the way in the gate before we realized what was happening. I raised it with the host and I’m sure they took steps to make sure it won’t happen again but it was a scary moment as our dog doesn’t do well with strangers, i don’t think it was the host’s fault though (hence the still 5 stars) accidents happen

The fence is not only 6ft but with vertical boards so there's nothing for my dog to push off of and jump over. (Yes, he's done it) ...Great secure spot!

Just the right size and private! Took my puppy here for her 1st birthday and she loves it! You can hear other dogs, but don’t see them - safe and clean yard! The photo of my pup on the trampoline is photoshopped, but it was a nice element to the birthday 🥳

This was the first sniff spot experience for Papito and me. Papito is working through some possible trauma experienced with previous owners and was a little hesitant to get out the car. Chip was so helpful to bring treats and try to help me get Papito out of the car. Once in the space, Papito loved running around. Chip provided water for him and there were really nice benches for me to relax while Papito played. Looking forward to visit again!

FAQ about our Nashville dog parks

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 98% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Nashville area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 146 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 24 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
