There is a spacious deck with an umbrella, a fan, and a plenty of seating. We have a beautiful 2 acre spot right on the Colorado River here in East Central Austin. Our dog is living her best life here, and we thought, “hey this could be a great place for people To bring their dogs!” And we are here for it! You can walk the the perimeter of the property, which is a perfect 400 meters(1 track lap). Part of the trail is all along the Colorado River, lined with beautiful tall trees. Sit in the egg chairs or hammock in the trees or enjoy the ample yard art everywhere and there is seating everywhere! We are always looking to make this experience the best it can be and your next fav spot to bring furry friend. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Fully fenced except the driveway which does not have a gate. Feel free to park on the driveway!

The property is fully of shady trees so you and Fido can stay cool. There’s plenty of room to run around and the land is fully fenced in with a privacy type fence. As the corner lot with no neighbors and no sidewalk running along the fence, this is the perfect space for reactive dogs! We have chairs for humans to enjoy and kiddie pools, hoses, and sprinklers for you and your furry friend.

This Spot contains 3 separate hoses with sprinkler attachments you can use freely for your pup, access to water, a handful of pup toys, a covered patio with seating for you and plenty of space for your fur kiddo to run around and enjoy! This Spot is also listed by yours truly, who is the General Manager of a local doggy daycare who is also Canine CPR Certified and trained in dog behavior and health!

Open grass area for dogs to run around, fire pit and chairs down below to sit on by the grass, patio with couch & glass table, water dog bowl, box full of toys and dog poop bags. Dogs must be FULLY vaccinated & up to date on shots. Must clean up after your dog, I have poop bags in the dispenser hanging on the deck (there is a trash can on the left side of the yard) Please no dogs on the couch up on the porch & if your dog has long nails please refrain from letting them run on the deck, it scratches easy. Please only use the hose for filling up water if needed.

Our house is on a corner lot with a sizable metal fence. Plenty of street parking, along with a yard that is shaded in different parts throughout the day. We have a screened in back patio for dog owners use only (please no dogs in the patio area) with a fan, comfortable seating, TV and wifi access. We provide toys, doggie pool (in the summer), poop bags, water, etc. Let us know if you have any special requests and we'll do our best to accommodate them!

This backyard has seen its fair share of dogs and they all leave happy and tired- such a perfect space for dogs to do all the sniffing! My yard is go to for everyone! I host all of the cookouts and fire nights for friends to bring their dogs over. There is a line of trees and bushes along the back fence that my dog and all dogs I babysit looove to explore. It’s not too big that they get lost in physically, just perfect enough for them to get lost in all the smells ☺️ it’s plenty big enough to launch a ball or kick around a soccer ball and great for kids too! **Guests are also free to use the indoor restroom (although my dog and I may be inside if we are home, but put away)**

We have two areas to offer in our property. 1) fully fenced backyard, 2) large grass area semi fenced. We also offer an outdoor covered area for visitors to hang out and enjoy a beverage. We have two dogs in the property and two outdoor cats.

Fully fenced, no other pets on site. Plenty of pecan trees providing shade and squirrels and birds to chase! We have kid slides, lots of balls and a nature play area to watch your doggies explore! Plenty of street parking available. 1 block from Home Slice, pick up some pizza! Get in some exercise while your pup plays and shoot a few hoops!
