The Back 40

When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!

Our house sits on a 1.2 acre lot. We have a side yard that is roughly an acre which is fully fenced in. Our dog, Buttercup, used to love to run around here to play with us. We’d like to welcome other dogs too, right here in the heart of Spring branch!

Hi! Welcome to our backyard! We have a large fenced in backyard we’d love to share with you! We have two small yorkies, but rest assured, they will be kept inside during your visit, and the backyard will be exclusively for you. We have plenty of seating options including rocking chairs and benches. We also have a small table and a cooler available for use. On our deck, enjoy our large oscillating fan and shaded area. We also have an electrical outlet and wi-fi is included. For the doggos we have a kiddie pool, water hose, toys, water bowl, towels, and poop bags. For those sunny days, feel free to add on extras like our misters or misting fan. We also offer snack and drink packages! We hope you’ll enjoy our backyard!

We have a sizeable half acre backyard for your dog(s) to enjoy privately which includes fresh drinking water, a water hose for bathing, a kiddie pool to play and keep cool, a tree swing for the humans to relax on, and much more. This is a fully fenced backyard at the end of a culdesac. There is a large play space on either side of the house with a narrow run parallel to the back of the house. Some spots are double fenced as well. There is a pool that can be filled if your fur-baby likes to swim, and there is water available as well! We have a vegetable garden that you are welcome to pick through if there’s anything available as well! There will be toys in a basket by the door for you to use as well!

Fully fenced yard with covered patio. There will be toys and an agility course for your dog to play with and a table for you to enjoy/do work while your dog(s) have fun. You may use the outlets on the table or on the pillars. There is a small mini fridge that you may use if you would like to keep your drink cool. 2 gallons of filtered water will be provided for the dogs along with a clean/sanitized water bowl. Dog splash pad is available upon request for an extra fee. No towels are provided. All dog water bowls and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily and/or after every use. There will be a bin to put used items in for sanitizing. The lawn is treated with all natural and pet friendly Cedarcide for fleas, ticks, ants and mosquitoes.
