We were a bit early, and Rena graciously came to meet us. Her property is quite lovely. Their were horses in their enclosed field plus a dad and 2 kids on the river fly fishing. So our pups remained on lead except in a large, fully fenced area.

Rena met us in the driveway and guided us to where to park and then she walked us the short distance to the fully fenced area as well as to the river access. Her property is absolutely lovely and the rocky beach on the river gives ample sniffing and swimming opportunities. My dog has very high prey drive so we enjoyed our time on a long line, which made it easy to reel her in as she swam to the faster middle of the river and was headed downstream after the purple martens that were skimming the water for bugs.

Great spot for dogs that like water! The fully fenced area was nice & shady, but we spent the majority of our time at the river. Our dogs had a blast!

Just what we needed. Fun and shady fenced area for sniffing around and fetch. Then the river beach was gorgeous with nobody else around. Just what we needed to have some peaceful river dog time with our boys. There were some shady areas near the river bank as well. (I burn easily so I’m always looking for the shady spots.)

Rena is so helpful and communicative. Her place is so lovely, my dogs had a blast frolicking in the river and we love the lounge chairs she has in the sand. A great spot that we will definitely come back to!

This was a beautiful spot. We had a few swimmers in the group so they enjoyed the river access. Rena greeted us and showed us around as if was our first time visiting. Great place for reactive pups as it was a quiet and calm environment. It was nice having both the fenced area and the river access. Thank you for sharing your property!

Nice spot. It was great to see my girl navigating the rocky river bed (on leash) like a champ. I didn’t feel 100% sure about letting my good girl off leash on our first visit. I thought best to learn the area better first. The fully fenced area was a welcome, off leash, place to play.

Host was pleasant and walked us through the location. Land by river is rocky, but did not hurt our dog. When we went to the first fenced in area on the right of the path, there were a good amount of greenery and thorny plants, be careful. Pup had fun dipping his toes in the water and seeing his first horses!

Sky had a ton of fun. Water seems a little chilly. He has a lab brain in an Am Staff body so mum needs to keep an eye on signs of "he's frozen but he's not cold".

Very beautiful and quiet. Great for Charlie who is a reactive blue Heeler. He is in training and he was able to enjoy himself in the river and in the enclosed fenced area.

We really enjoyed the river access! It was our labs first time having access to a body of water like that so he went a little rogue😂 We plan on going back very soon just with a 50ft leash for him! We loved it!
