This space offers approximately 0.1 acres of grassy yard with privacy, mature trees/shrubs, shade, and plenty of room for dogs to explore, sniff, and play off-leash. The yard is reserved for one booking party at a time and is ideal for dogs who enjoy calm play, decompression, training, or meeting a friend in a low-stress environment. The setting is peaceful and enclosed, with natural landscaping that encourages sniffing and exploration rather than high-arousal play. Fencing details: The yard is enclosed on all sides. Most of the perimeter is traditional fencing. One section consists of stacked railroad ties approximately 3 feet tall. This has worked well for many dogs but may not be the best fit for dogs who are high jumpers, climbers, or known escape artists. Deck access: The deck and stairs are not available for guest use. A secure fence is installed at the bottom of the stairs to block access, keeping all visits limited to the grassy yard area only. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be mindful of neighbors. Occasional barking is expected, but dogs who bark continuously or show signs of distress may not be a good fit for this space. Thoughtful supervision is appreciated to help keep noise at a respectful level. Additional amenities such as toys and a water bowl will be added in the coming days.

Our yard is mostly grass with some trees for shade, chairs and a hammock for humans, and plenty of privacy for all. Fences are solid wood, 6 feet tall all around. Our pup, Major, will be indoors (unless you request a play with him - he's a friendly golden retriever). We'll keep the curtains closed for your privacy, but he may sneak a peak to say hi through the window. If you have a reactive dog and would like our dog completely out of sight, message me and I can accommodate that with prior notice. There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Please use what you see available - pooper scooper and dog bags on the patio, toys throughout the yard, towels, hose and water station for pups, garbage bin on your way out at the side of the house.
