55Host was friendly and accommodating, and the space was lovely. Large open space for dogs to run, but open enough that you can see them no matter how far they are from you. The dogs had a blast and we're all looking forward to another visit.Andrew S.

55If your pup is an explorer like mine, this spot is paradise! Lots of variety in terrain so lots of different smells. Shade and sun and very easy to walk the perimeter if you want to get your steps in as well. I love the drive in enclosure for when the dogs are super excited to be there and can’t wait to play. Thanks for sharing your spot!Ellie A.

55This is our third time visiting and it’s still just as clean and amazing as ever! We invited a pup we fostered in the past to join us and all of the pups had a blast sniffing, running and of course eating grass! I will always look forward to coming back since my puppies are so happy here. Corrie H.

55This is still my fav sniffspot anywhere close to my house!! Well maintained, a great seating area with fireplace, lots of dog toys, water bowls, access to a hose with bathing tub, a mini pond when it's rainy season...its got everything!
Sometimes we see the chickens across the street, which is a great chance to challenge my reactive dog to ignore other creatures. But also, they are not that close and the spot is so large, so we can totally avoid ever seeing them.Kaylen M.

55Our third time at this sniffspot and our dog, Scout loved it again. He is three months post hip replacement and is still a puppy. This space gave him a chance to really try that new hip out and he had such a good time. Looking forward already to our next time there. Debbie L.

55Wow, what a great big open space for our dogs to safely explore. I understand why this spot is so popular. Our girls loved sprinting across the field, sniffing all the smells, digging holes, and frolicking in the seasonal “water feature” (aka giant puddle - big hit). The water trough, hose, and towels were super helpful for cleaning off muddy paws. Lynn came out to say hello when we arrived and was so nice. I’m incredibly thankful for people like her for allowing us to visit with our dogs and romp around their beautiful property. 10/10, will be back! Dani S.

55Great spot! We met Rick who very kindly let us know about the spot and made me feel welcome and safe. Trees provide tons of sniffing and shade. Large grassy areas for fetch and running. Pond was a hit with my golden retriever! Lots of different toys for the dogs and chairs and a fire pit for the humans. Towels and poop bags were very much appreciated. Will absolutely be back! 55Our dogs loved this place! It has a little bit of everything: lots of space for dogs to run, different terrain & hills, & even a little pond to splash in. Part of the SniffSpot is sheltered by trees for hot or rainy days, and there is a nice shelter in case the rain starts to come down hard. I also like the drive in option. From what I can tell, the fencing is secure around the entire perimeter though it goes behind thick vegetation at times. One word of caution: the lower field gets a lot of runoff when it rains, so be sure to wear waterproof shoes & warm socks in the winter!Michael B.

FAQ about our Tualatin dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 97% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Tualatin area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 211 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 37 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
