Description

Small yard, ideal for small dogs to run and play! Photos limited as it's still too cold and the spring set up is still happening. Feel free to pack a cooler and bring lunch with you as you have access to the propane grill and picnic table with umbrella. The patio is lined with misters to beat the heat on those hot summer days! I will be getting a kiddie pool as well, once the weather breaks. Planning on an evening visit? I also have a propane fire pit for use, make s'mores, keep your hands warm, or just for ambiance! Please let me know in reservation if you'd like to use it so I can set it up safely for you! Host your small dogs birthday and we will set up an outdoor movie screen and you and your fur kids and all their friends can have a great night at the movies! Ice is available if I'm home. No bathroom access at this time but public locations are open within walking distance. I look forward to welcoming you and your small dog!

Near McIntyre Square/UMPC Passavant/McCandless Crossing. You may park in our driveway or on the street. Enter the backyard via either gate and enjoy! Tons of shade for hot days. - Water jug under the deck - Poop bags by the water jug - Trash can under the deck for poop bags - Bin of dog toys for your use - flirt pole, chuck it balls, tugs - Table and chairs in the yard and also on the deck If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely in the dirt under the deck. This is a yard full of great sniffs - squirrels, chipmunks, birds, bunnies and ground hogs all trek through regularly. Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around on the huge deck is also popular! Note: There is a red Mulberry tree in the yard. Mulberries are safe for dogs. The large deck has bird feeders containing safflower seed. Safflower seed is also safe for dogs. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not maintained in winter.

Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. A lot of the time I am done early so you can always message me and we can see if it’s available. Any questions just ask :)
