Water and toys-FULLY FENCED! 1 couple or 1 owner, 1-3 dogs only. Smaller dogs welcome, just be aware of little gaps, use leash as needed. No small kids or families at our spot for safety reasons. (Beware of red ant piles-we treat often but rains stir them up, dogs usually stay clear-Keep feet moving) Please honor your timeframe with 15 min buffer before & after bookings. Play dates of 5 dogs must be approved in advanced with owners in attendance. Must book under one primary guest only. Please review all notes in my spot profile. Our spot is designed to work with nature, weather and our hobby farm lifestyle. Occassionally we will use the large burn pit and grass will be mowed-rainy days will come and grass may grow tall before next mow. Rain boots and umbrellas recommended to bring or wear during your time if weather stays wet. You will be notified if it's flooded or very muddy. Use app for messages as needed.

Bring your 4 legged friends out to explore. Small farm located at the end of a private dirt road. Quiet peaceful setting with plenty of trees, rope swing and shaded seating. Horses, pig, chickens and dogs on premises (dogs kept inside, horses in barn while guests are visiting). Small pond with dock available to let your dog swim and practice diving. Absolutely No alligators in pond I get asked this often. Doggy wash station with hose provided. Towels, soap, bug spray and sun screen provided!

There is a hose for dog water or play. Please do not let the dogs swim in the pool. The house has an alarm, so please do not try to open doors. Long driveway has parking spot on the left and enter the backyard through the gate on the left side of the house. Your dog(s) will love it!

This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available! Fresh water, dog first aid kit. You may toss your doggie poop bag in the trash can as you leave. Hand sanitizer. Dog bath area (shampoo and conditioner is an extra expense). Back gate sets about 3-4 inches above the ground, so very small dogs could go under the gate or between the back fence rods. Bathroom by the pool. Towels to dry your dog off are in the pool bathroom as well. The total area the dog(s) can go is a little under .25 acres. While you are here, my dogs will be locked inside the house. They will only be visible at the patio doors. You may hear dogs in the distance, but it's secluded enough that you won't see dogs other than mine through the patio doors if you are close enough to them (there are squirrels, rabbits and such here and there).
