After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. We hope your pup feels right at home here. In the fall the yard gets covered in leaves. I do my best to keep them tidy, but they seem to have their own plans. A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include a dog jump, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a small dog tunnel, furniture on the lower deck for you to sit down, and a hammock (not the best looking, but still works 😁). There usually are a number of my dog's toys laying around (frisbees, balls, and ropes), which you are free to use while you are here. Please leave them in the yard on your way out though. We've had quite a bit of our stuff disappear over the years.
