Description

Explore a serene 5-acre sniff spot featuring wooded trails, a spacious fenced area, and an open field, all conveniently located near a tranquil road just off 94. Perfect for your furry friend's adventure! Near the corn field is a wide wooded trail that leads into a meadow like opening which is perfect for dog zoomies! Alongside the wide trail is a more narrow trail which leads to the other side of the property. One lap is slightly less than 1/4 mile. There is a large fenced in area which was once home to a mini donkey, which the gates can be shut and dogs can run and explore in as well (the grass may be tall in this area). Lastly, there is an unfenced area near the road which would require attention for cars and neighbor dogs for safety but is usually very quiet.

Upon entering the red gates, you'll see a picnic table and fire ring. There is a mowed path around the 20 acre property with red arrows directing along the way. You will also find a map on site to reference as well. There are 3 creek accesses if your fury friend would like to get a drink or play. In the plastic tote, there is fresh water, a bowl and some fetch toys. We live on the property and would be happy to answer any questions you have!
