Description

We are a private home business on a shared property of 28 acres. We are not fenced but are pushed farther back on the property for privacy. You have access to our walking trail, which leads back to a pond and creek several acres behind our house. Your dog is welcome to run, Sniff and play as much as they want. We provide treats, snacks, leashes, and even an outdoor grooming tub to rinse off your furry friend after your playtime adventure. Towels also provided. We have a small outdoor run in case you need to house one of your pets while you visit us. You will also have access to water, electricity, and don't hesitate to make use of our hammock, outdoor furniture, and fire pit! Trash cans, dog bags, dog treats, human snacks and drinks will also be available. While we don't have a "public" restroom, someone will usually always be on site. Just knock - we promise we don't bite! If you're interested in training, boarding, or professional grooming, we do all of it! You can schedule an appointment with us at 682-229-8023 We offer house-call, on site, and pick up/drop off grooming. We offer group training classes in Azle every other Wednesday and Saturday at 6 PM in Azle. Our yard is decorated with warm, bright lights that guarantee you won't have a problem seeing as you take your furry friend out to stretch and potty. Our property is our relaxing, quiet, and beautiful safe haven. All extra transactions will be done pre-arrival and on our honor system. We ask that everybody please clean up after their pets, use our trash cans and respect the honor system. Hazards

Since we are on a fair amount of wild acreage, the risk of wild animals is always present. You must stay aware of potential snakes, hogs, deer, skunks, coyotes, and other wild woodland animals. The trails are not frequented by many visitors other than us. We have areas of dried creek that go down between 8-15 ft. We recommend that you keep your dog leashed and ask that you please stay within the parameters of the yard. Since we are on shared property, others have access to the trails and surrounding property.

Please do not park in the middle of the yard, signs for parking will be provided. When you arrive, please text me at 682-229-8023. Waste bags, poop scoops and trash cans are provided, please do not leave anything behind but your footprints! If you need anything at all, just text 682-229-8023 and we will be happy to accommodate!

Denise's Private Dog Paradise

Acres upon acres of land to run your pups ragged! Very close to town; situated inside, but not part of the new Shady Creek Estates. We have a large field with some trees and trails galore, a creek, and plenty of wooded trails past the creek. There's sitting areas along the way and tons of sights and smells for the doggies to enjoy!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
