Welcome to Sandy's Sniff Haven AKA T’s Farm—an off-leash escape for dogs and a peaceful retreat for you. Located in Escambia Farms, a historic rural community known for its wide-open land, agricultural roots, and quiet countryside charm. Under an hour away from the Emerald Coast Beaches of Destin, Fort Walton, and Pensacola, this private land offers an unhurried setting where dogs can roam freely and people can slow down and take it all in.
