We are a farm property located in Lyons, CO. Our property has a variety of fenced in areas. There is a variety of farm animals on the property (Alpacas, Cows, Goats) that you are welcome to observe, but dogs are to NEVER interact with the animals.

The screened in patio has two sofas and a table with 4 chairs for your relaxation or work needs. A sprinkler if your dog is a fan can be provided. I provide a poop scooper and bucket for any doggy mess clean up.

We live on an 8 acre farm. We have several fully fenced 1/4-1/2 acre spots for dogs and owners to play with great views to the west of horsetooth rock to the north and longs peak and mount meeker to the south. Off street parking on the farm! And water bowl provided in each space.

Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. The entire property is 10 acres and the sniffspot area is 6.5 acres. Also have a smaller enclosure that can be used for training,new dog intros, dog birthday parties. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture before but they are gone now. Consider booking for half an hour on hot summer days. Feel free to bring a beverage and a picnic blanket and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the last slot of the day to watch the sunset).

Welcome to our farmhouse Sniffspot! Your dog is sure to enjoy our shady, fully fenced, private yard. We also offer dog parties, with access to the picnic table and BBQ grill for the humans.

We are located on the Reservoir Ridge trail head, where dogs have to be leashed. We find after a walk on the trail your furry friends like a little run in our enclosed area off leash. We welcome trainers and and dog sitters.

This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Perfect for dogs that need space to run, play, and explore. Variety of footing - mowed grass, rock, flagstone. Also has a large number of shrubs and trees for sniffing and exploring around. There are resident squirrels that frequently run the back fence for entertainment as well! I do not use chemicals in my yard for pests or weeds. There is a table and chairs with an umbrella for use, as well as a large hammock that is shaded in the afternoons. The umbrella and hammock are unavailable during the winter months.
