There is prep work involved for each visit.😁 ***Attention*** the chain-link fence in the back right of the property (south east corner) has a low spot. It has never been a problem with the many dogs that come over but I am sure some dogs could jump over if they wanted to. It’s hidden behind the Arborvitae. It’s not something they would particularly notice or be interested in but all visitors should be aware. The last photo is the location and is labeled as such. Backyard and pool rules: 1. PLEASE BRUSH AND CLEAN DOGS before using the pool to help keep equipment clean and chlorine levels maintained. Do not use the pool to bathe the dogs. Make sure they are clean prior to entering the pool. Dirty dogs create lots of problems for the pool. Please skim the Pool at the end of your visit if there’s an excessive amount of hair. 2. No one under the age of 18 in the pool. 3. Pick up after pups. 4. Hose water is for drinking and cleaning only. Not for play. 5. Please avoid fur friends on the furniture. If they refuse🙄😂, please stand cushions up and flip chaise lounge cushions inward. (please revert back when you leave.) 6. Try to teach dogs to get out of the pool on the steps, retaining wall between Jacuzzi and pool, sun shelf with bubblers or bench across the deep end. Letting them get out on the higher couping can be dangerous as they can flip backwards and possibly loosen the coping itself. I designed the pool around my two medium and large dogs so there are plenty of spots for them to get out safely.😁 7.DO NOT let dogs chew the arborvitae. We don’t mind them running through them and playing, but please try to avoid them rubbing against them continuously or roughhousing directly on them. Trying to avoid the lower branches snapping.🙂 I like to meet my new visitors on their first visit just to meet and go over the rules very quickly. Please shoot me a text through Sniffspot when you arrive and we can meet in the driveway prior to entering the backyard (this typically takes 30 seconds). Only required to meet the owners, but I’m happy to meet the pups as well! Additional amenities include: Bluetooth speakers that are labeled “Bluetooth” under Bluetooth devices. Cordless phone charger by door. *Not compatible with the all phones. Waterproof phone cases. Please do not stretch. May need to remove phone case. Use at your discretion as any continued use could make them not waterproof anymore. Thank you! I appreciate everyone following these basic rules. 😁

For the humans we have a picnic table and chairs for relaxation. The bungee cords on the gate are to help secure it, feel free to use them if you feel the need. NOTE: Please bring your own water, as we don’t have a water spigot out back. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼
