Description

Lot is .31 acres with plenty of shade trees and room to run. This part of town is generally pretty quiet with low/slow traffic and friendly neighbors. Toys/play equipment will be added early spring.

Please stay off dirt bike track (it is very rarely used, but is owned by the neighbors), and remember to clean up after yourself and pets.

Lived here my whole life, i have a male pit bull named Chubbs and a male XL bully named Zeus. The house on the property is currently under construction, leaving the .3 acre lot available for use.

	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
