Description

Quiet 3 acres with private driveway for parking. Bordered by a lush treeline, your pup will enjoy the freedom of a large open field. About 20 minutes from Lebanon and Dartmouth. There's an option to clip your dog to a 85 ft tie out lead to for safety. Tall grass and muddy spots may be present, so proceed with caution. Private structures are off limits, however enjoy the secluded floating deck and stream just a short walk from behind the shed in the back. Water is free flowing and clean, but swim at your own risk. Explore the wooded area and experience a slice of peaceful New England!

Keep in mind this is a field. Garden snakes, mice, chipmunks and squirrels might scurry by. We have an accessible stream. It's flowing and clean, but swim at your own risk. Avoid areas with orange or yellow stakes (except for the lead area).

The camper, shed, and solar panel area are off limits. We do have cameras there. Access stairs and floating dock located behind the shed. Dogs can swim at their own risk, understanding the possible dangers of water play in a natural stream. Explore the wooded area at your discretion as there are no trail markers. Please cleanup before or as you leave. Keep it nice for the next furry friends!

Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

The 2nd lot has more of a light hike feel to it with a slight incline on heavy wooded lot area. Wonderful opportunity to allow dogs with good recall to be off-leash. Great exercise for you and your friend. For a small deposit we offer use of glow-jacket (up to lab size) frisbees, tennis balls. Free poop bags and water. Being in the animal rescue business for over 20 years we welcome your friend. *Please note, only dogs would good recall are allowed off leash.
