Wide open space on 3 acres of privately owned land nestled in idyllic Cheltenham Village. A historic piece of land dominated by the Tobias Leach House, established in 1704, making it one of the oldest residences in the country. Enjoy a private (depending on which part of the property you are located), wide open, manicured lawn stretching out over 3 acres of privately owned land. Feel free to explore the property at your leasure, which include more than ample space for your furry friend(s) to run around in, as well as a private shallow creek, and a large wooded area complete with walking trails. Ask about an optional fenced off area of the yard which would need advance warning to be made accessible to the guest
